I have been weight training on and off for the past 30 years. After taking almost a full year off due to an assortment of annoying medical situations, I walked into Train With Dave to see what he could offer. He set me up with Braedon Evans, and I am so glad he did! Unlike my previous trainers, Braedon has actually had an education for training, as well as rehabilitation. His goal was to help me get back into the swing of things, and be careful not to aggravate the existing injuries that I already have. He's patient, and kind, but most of all attentive ... and knows what he's talking about. I will admit the sessions are a little pricey, but in this case you get what you pay for!
