I called and spoke with Rae who told me she is the only one at the salon and that she would work with me to do my fill. She told me to book for an hour and a half fill because she wanted time to "talk" about what to do with my lashes but she would only charge me for an hour fill. I was already worried about that because of the pricing difference but I booked it as directed. Then I had visitors who were staying with me that ended up having to leave later on Saturday than originally planned so I tried to cancel my appointment via Facebook when we found out Friday evening for an appointment Saturday at 10. I understand that I cancelled within 24 hours and that you should charge a fee of maybe $25-$30 for the inconvenience but to charge me $100 dollars is RIDICULOUS! I mean at least allow people to use it towards rescheduling an appointment!!! So if I did even want to reschedule I would've had to pay $200 to get a FILL! Also on the phone she basically told me I wasted her time because now she would have a gap in her schedule and wouldn't be able to fill it. I told her I'm sure she could probably contact her clients and they would be willing to come in early or to contact someone who was looking to get an appointment today. She scoffed at me. I ended up hanging up on her because I was just so frustrated. Honestly don't expect good customer service here, she is completely unwilling to work with customers and just keeps telling you that's the company policy. I've worked in customer service for years and can tell you that to just blow off a customer or potential customer with "company policy" when it's already a small business is not the way to build up your reputation.

She gave me the appointment card reflecting 3 months but she put it in the computer for 18 months away. Got to the office for my appointment but was told the young lady wo made my appointment entered it into 2027 not 2026. They did give me an appointment for a few days later. There is a long wait once you arrive for your appointment. ​ once you go to the back you wait again for a very long time. Once you see your Dr your in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff is very pleasant as is the Dr. If it weren't for scheduling issues and wait time I would give a 5* but those 2 issues are important to me. They should schedule appointments that are realistic.
