Jeans were never worn, on the 19th, took back to exchange, kids working said since been washed I couldn't return, I understand policies, this was a defective product. I personally am not a fan but related to and friends with fans and this is an excellent place to come and get your gear to rep your team. For the Outdoors portion of their name they aren't playing around. Campers and fishermen will find so much stuff. Also, for those of us with children or grandchildren in sports I trust the brands here for performance and durability over some certain cheap big box stores.

I purchased a pair of shoes from the Nike outlet in Branson and the side of the shoe blew out just…read morea couple weeks after I bought them. I don't live in Branson, so I had to mail the shoe back to them for an exchange. They received the shoes and called me the same day, to inform me they didn't have an exchange for the shoes I was looking for in my size. I asked if they could get one from another store. Tim (the manager I was speaking with) said he would check another store. Turns out, he found the same shoe at another store, and he coordinated with the other store to send the shoes directly to my home address. On top of that, they were on sale at the other location, so they are sending me a gift card with a few bucks on it since I paid full price the first time. That is certainly more than I expected! I didn't know what to expect since I was doing a return with no receipt and over the phone. I found out that Tim and his staff were all extremely helpful and it's really nice to see that taking care of customers is still important! 5 stars really isn't enough. If I could give 6 or 7, I would. Thanks! Keep up the good work!
