This experience was like stretching meets Thai massage meets chiro work meets active muscle therapy... like I said, I don't know how to describe it. But what I do know is that I walked in with back, shoulder, and hip tightness and walked out loosey goosey. I've never had great success with people trying to crack my back but somehow he loosened it up enough to crack and for me to feel relief.
