First time here I got Nancy and she was good.. had the same type of routine but she got in to my knitting my traps that most people miss. Went back and was going to ask for her but based on the reviews here I wanted to chance it.. I'm tired of finding one good person at a spot then them not being Available when I need a massage. I got Jenny and don't tell Nancy but she was better.. she really got in my knots. Added on cupping both times. Also paid attention to their special price here on Yelp.. which they honored with no problem. Really disappointing experience and I've been here on multiple occasions and they keep getting worse. I called ahead and made a reservation, but still had to wait even though the place was empty. The massage felt weak and incomplete, and the therapist kept answering her phone during the session. It honestly felt like she barely did anything to my body besides focusing on random spots. She also sneezed on me during the massage, which was really uncomfortable. To top it off, I was told there was a required $10 tip even though the service was not good. Jason was my massage therapist and he brought his 15 years of experience into my 90 min massage and it showed . He was respectful and truly relieved my pain in my back . I personally love a deep pressured massage that focuses on relieving my stress on my body and he did just that . Will be coming here again and requesting him . As a first timer here I have to say it was very clean , massage tables seemed very plush even down to the lines . Found this place after grabbing a drink at Airoma. Love that they take walk ins. However, if you have a preference for male or female masseuse, they recommend you call in advance to minimize wait time. Masseuse Lisa is a really strong lady. Dora in the front charged us for the service first. They prefer cash, but they also take card with a $2 fee. Tip situation afterward gets a little weird. I would recommend bringing exact change. Did the 60 min with hot stone for $60. I enjoyed the massage a lot. They offer you a bottle water at the end. Will be back. read more

My back was super tight - I couldn't stand it anymore, I called around 730pm, thinking they close at 9pm...well the lady said they were open 24 hours...wow, what a treat! By 930pm after an hour and a half deep tissue massage - my back was so much better. The hot stone I could have done without but the skill and effort on those knots were what was important. Thank you! Just came out with my husband. The lady that did the massage for him, he said it was good and the strength was good. However, the lady that did on me was not good. It was an okay experience so if you have body sore you will not come out feeling good. She was supposed to massage for my husband but switched because he wanted hard while I asked for medium. She did not put afford into the massage at all. I'm glad at least my husband felt relieved after this. He told me to come back and ask for the lady that did on him, will definitely do that. read more

Someone grabbed my robe from a hook outside the steam room I didn't realize I had someone else's robe I was a bit grossed out they gave me a fresh robe. My robe had a pocket with a lip balm the robe that was left didn't have a pocket and it was a while before I realized it Ladies who come together in groups. Yes it's whatever special event you're celebrating but there are other people there for peace and serenity and we don't want to hear your loud conversations please save it for the casino. The refreshments isn't a buffet and social hour. Please keep it down.

I called and booked a couple massage: one deep tissue and one swedish thai massage combo both including hot stones and the private suite (which included a dry red light and wet sauna with a jacuzzi tub and lounge area with a shower). The facility is very clean, peaceful and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Our massages were amazing! My husband and I both work out and lift heavy weight so we really wanted them to work on our muscles. They exceeded our expectations, listened to our wants and massaged all of our problem areas away. When our massages were finished, the private suite was the cherry on top. With our muscles relaxed we were able to continue that relaxtion with the saunas and hot tub. We left feeling refreshed, renewed and so relaxed (which I clearly cannot emphasize enough)! I look forward to coming back here the next time I am in Vegas. IMHO, the facilities here are second to none! Where do I begin: - The 2 large rectangular hot tubs are outstanding! The temperature always feels comfortably warm. (They are marked as being at 103 degrees) Whenever I go to any spa, this is one of the first amenities I head towards. I'm always disappointed when I go to a spa on the Strip and the hot tub isn't even, you know, hot. Not an issue here! The temperature always felt perfect! - The waterfall showers are also a real treat to enjoy! I've been to numerous spas with deluge/waterfall showers, and they are always so freaking cold! Bleh. At the Encore Spa, the water is once again comfortably warm! I had to check out the whole row of showers! They also have a shower where you have 9 different streams hitting you all at once from all different directions! These showers can be set to be cold or warm depending on your preference. - The steam room is also, once again, set just the way I like it! HOT! They have iced towels just outside the door so you can take one in with you. - They also have a row of heated stone loungers in the main wet area room. Vanessa at reception handled my check in and was friendly and pleasant. The attendants were friendly and helpful at every turn! Plus, they were really staying on top of keeping the place clean and looking great! I have lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years now. In that time, I have been to a lot of the spas in this city and Encore is far and away my favorite spa! The facilities are top notch and pristine. The service is always friendly, engaging, and professional.
