I actually want to let everyone know about their ice cream shop located inside, Barb and Roys. The service was excellent. Polite, offering us samples before ordering. The ice cream was creamy and delicious. Lots of different and unique flavors to choose from. The owner was great. She told us the story behind the name of the store and shared with us about a local contest (Sugar Trail) where you get a "stamp" when you make a purchase. When you collect all your "stamps," you get a "prize from the city! There was plenty of seating and even some comfy chairs. It is well lit and very clean. Found this spot last minute when we had an urge to play some putt putt. Putt N Play was better than I was expecting! The lobby and arcade area smelled good. The arcade is small but they have a few fun machines that you can get tickets for prizes. They have a room to hold parties. The putt putt course was different than any I have played before. They had multiple holes on each green. Depending on which hole you get the ball in depends on if you would add a +1, -1, or normal score. They have a challenge wheel on every other hole to add more fun. The challenge wheel is better with more people than just two. It gives you more options to mess up other people's play. The holes are a bit challenging. They have batting cages that offer softball or baseball with different speeds. They even offer a soccer cage. The soccer cage was not working when we went and some of the baseball cages were out of order too. We did get to try baseball. It does take a bit to get started with the first ball but it is working. It gives you time to get in the cage and get in place. This was a fun night out! The course was fun! read more

This place is small yet cute. They have a fun little putt putt course and batting cage. They have spinning rings at some of the stops to make putt putt more interesting. My only take back is the arcade is ridiculously small and usually has a lot of games that do not work. Other than that, if you are there for putt putt or batting cages, you will have some fun. read more

Lights are NOT on! Came to play at 10:00 pm on a Friday night and the first parking lot light was out and it was dark. We didn't even think they were open but we checked anyway. No one was at the desk so we peeped our head out the door and it was dark on the course. We thought it was closed and an employee said it wasn't. We looked at him and said the lights were off. He looked and said they were on. Hmmm. We paid to play and the main light in the center where hole #1 is was dark. I'm not sure how the guy could say the lights were on. Sure they were on but not all of them! The whole center area was dark which means hole #1 and .# 18 were dark. It was a huge disappointment. A handful of the courses had ripped up turf and they looked pretty beat up. Good place to play during the day probably but not at night if you're old like me. read more

There aren't a ton of places to Putt-Putt around Columbus, and the ones I have been to are either a little run-down, sketch, or busy/kid-ridden. Bf & I stumbled across Putt N Play and have been able to enjoy their well-kept course and the batting cages. The workers are all relatively friendly and nice, but since you don't really interact with them for too long there's not much that can go awry. The main building is small but offers an indoor arcade, clean bathrooms and a larger party room for birthday packages. Batting cages are about $1.50 for 15 pitches (I think). The bats were kind of beaten up and I get kind of grossed out at putting a community helmet on my head, but it is what it is. Putt Putt will run you $6.50 per adult player. Kids and Seniors are less. Parking is nice, as they have a large lot all to themselves. If you're in a putting mood, this is a pretty good place to check out even if it is a little south of Columbus. read more

I read a couple bad reviews before going, but we loved this place. We bought a Groupon since my kids like mini golf and the other place nearby is usually crowded. I was expecting to show up to a run down place, but it was quite the opposite. Everything was clean and the course was really nice. The thing I liked about the course is that it's fun for kids AND adults. It's challenging for adults as well. There is a spinner board at each hole that lets you add a little more fun. Some include rolling the ball with your hand, switching ball position with an opponent, and even standing on one leg. Obviously this feature isn't for everyone, but we had fun with it. There is also more than one cup per hole (I didn't notice if this was on every hole or not) which makes you to add a penalty stroke or subtract a stroke. This is more for adults/teenagers I would think and the sign says they don't recommend it for 7 and under. Next we went to the batting cages. The helmets and bats were kept in order and right outside the cages with the disinfecting spray right there so you didn't have to go into the counter to get a helmet or bat. My boys' favorite part was the soccer cages. One was out of order, but the other one was fine. Some of the balls were a little worn out, but my kids aren't soccer stars so it was really fun for them! My two youngest are both under 7 years old and they had no problem kicking the balls. The staff was really nice and this place has a private parking lot which is a huge plus for us. We liked it so much that we went back the next day. I cannot believe we didn't know this place was here even though we've driven near by it several times. read more

Nice classy putt putt course. There could have been more color on the exterior part of the course (needed more visual stimulation). Entire facility was clean and well taken care of - bathrooms were very clean (even corners on floor had no dirt - I'm a neat freak so I usually dread going into bathrooms). Decor on the inside was extremely colorful and happy - even vents were colored. There was a small arcade which only added to the enjoyment. Good price - got groupon and all 7 of us played for $18. I saw a sign for glow in the dark putt putt - which is every third Friday. The next glow in the dark night is July 20th. I think I'll go back on that night. I've never putt putted in the dark (8-12am). I would go back here. Kids really enjoyed it. Adding pictures in a minute :) read more

Went here with my family to play a round. I also bought some tokens for the soccer cage so my kids could try it. When we walked out there both soccer cages were broken. I asked for a refund and they told me that they could not do that. So they knowingly sold me tokens for a broken machine and refused to refund my money. Unbelievable. We will never go back. read more

Upset that we bought a Groupon to go to this place and they have an automated message stating when they are open. Since the place was open (according to the voice message), we decided to drive across town to play. After fighting rush hour traffic, we arrived only to find that the place was closed "due to the weather." It was 60 degrees and sunny! If a place decides to close, they should at least change the answering machine so that people don't drive there needlessly. I am quite disappointed with the situation. read more

I was in town for a softball tournament. Despite the negative reviews we decided to stop. Reading reviews on yelp I have learned that you can't please everyone and some just like to nit pick. The place was very clean and and very colorful. The staff were very friendly and greeted us as soon as we stepped through the door. The staff warned us of repairs being made. New pumps in the pond and new turf. (Previous review, you can't make repairs in the winter to an outdoor facility....think about it) The clubs, balls, score cards, pencils were self serving. ( previous review, try just taking one it was your fault you were without one ) The golf course was nice. It was hot and there was not a lot of shade except for a few umbrellas around the course. There were benches to sit on too while you waited or rested. I noticed it was stroller friendly which is a bonus. The holes were well laid out and some were difficult. They had kiddie cups for the mini golf challenged such as myself. They had spinners at every other holes that you could spin to add an element of fun, stand on one leg, put backwards and other fun things. I really enjoyed this. Cages were all open but 1. They are fully automatic that pitches baseball or softball. You can adjust the pitch speed and height of pitch. We didn't have a problem. We didn't do the soccer cages, but we saw some kids enjoying them. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a fun day of mini golf. We ordered a pizza and tater tots with cheese and they were the BOMB!! I would go back just for the pizza. They do not serve alcohol. read more

Fair place to play, the course has lots of extra holes for different scoring, but the course doesn't allow play to its intended potential, lots of broken, removed, and non functional parts to the course. Saw at least 5 people have the ball lost due to malfunctions. read more
