I was pleasantly surprised when Bailee streamlined the process without any pressure. She also offered me free trials of membership benefits like the red light therapy and the brand new cold plunge! Bailee was so friendly and helpful in assisting me in deciding on how to proceed with my membership choices in a non committal way like I wanted. Another gentleman (I think his name was Brad) gave us a tour and was very respectful of the limited amount of time I had to spend on the tour. A great part about Mountainside fitness is that they allow 12-year-olds to join so that means my daughter can come with me! I could not find another gym in the area that allows children under 13 to attend so I was really pleased at this privilege. I also liked that all the memberships allow you to go to any location.! I'm really grateful that Bailee was there to help, being that she was so knowledgeable on the membership options and perks! P.s. I love the cold plunge!

The gym is clean and brightly lit, and while some of the exercise mats need replacement, that's not a deal breaker. As with any good gym, there are water fountains, clean bathrooms, lockers, and a beverage vending machine. Location is convenient, at the far end of a commercial plaza with plenty of parking, and of course there's the convenience of 24/7 access.

The Gym that I came from (EOS) is super crowded and there are 2 types of people there,..(1) a person who sits in a machine for an hr scrolling on their phone with their headphones on (2) 2-3 people laughing and giggling about what happened last night in a machine also for an hr. In both situations,..there is no recourse b/c all the other machines have someone sitting in it doing that same thing for an hr. I'm an older dude and I just get in and get out. There is plenty of equipment. Serious bodybuilders and fit people workout here,..no machine hogs on their phones. I recommend this Gym.

YOU KNEW AND DIDN'T GO BUY SOAP AT COSTCO OR WALMART IN THE MEANTIME?! WTF! If you want to act like LA Fitness, change your name and drop your rates. If you want to be an elite gym, do a lot better. I thought the towel service was included with the highest tier membership and that is not the case, there is an additional $10 a month for towel service... Not only have they coached me in the gym to make me stronger and build a physique I've always dreamed of having they have also rehabbed a knee surgery, strained adductor muscles and a little hip arthritis. On top of that they have taught me about food and how to eat which is my biggest struggle because I look at something and I gain 5 lbs! The list goes on at how much this place has done for me and how it's changed me and shaped me!!! Eight months ago I had a total right hip replacement after a month an 1/2 of my surgery I was back in the gym moving forward with my journey. Physiques Gym is more than just a gym we are a family.
