To try out the gym as a first time customer, the cost is only $10 for a class, so I decided to go to a SHREDDER class and set up a profile online, then was able to easily book a class. The first thing that was a bit frustrating the day of my class was that I had difficulty locating the studio. I came on foot and didn't park in the garage so I walked around trying to see the signage and had trouble. I finally found it after multiple missteps not realizing the gym is located on the 2nd floor of the building. The elevator situation was more complicated than it should be and entry through the garage is much easier. Once inside I had to wait a bit before the class started, which I thought was odd. I waited at least 10 minutes over the class time that was posted online which was a bit confusing, but I was able to sign in with a very helpful staff member who ended up teaching my class. The class I attended had different sections of exercises which were cutely named after Thanksgiving meals like "Turkey and Stuffing" etc. If you take this class, be aware that it's up to you to decide what you want to do and it's not very structured and more "choose your own adventure." The instructor will go over each section but then they let you loose and you have to decide where to go. I guess when I go to a class I like to shut down and let the instructor guide me the entire hour, so I found myself repeating more exercises than I would prefer and the class didn't go by as fast as they normally do when I'm just following along. However, it was definitely a good workout and I pushed myself despite being slightly lost at times. I am also a bit wary of expensive glam gyms because they can be intimidating but I definitely felt more comfortable here than a place like Barry's Bootcamp. The instructor was super helpful and provided some adjustments and assistance when needed without being overly annoying about it. I thought he was a great instructor! Also, they have an interesting treadmill that is super challenging, even for someone who is a pretty decent runner! Overall, I enjoyed visiting SHED and appreciated the pre-Thanksgiving workout!

We use weights as well for some strength. Bikes ran really smooth . Shoe rentals are no cost for first timers. Received many name call out/ shout outs all throughout class and loved that . Had a great time & easily booked ride using the class pass app without any issues . I'd highly recommend this studio to anyone. It was so fun to have the music going and to be guided through a challenging workout! I was nervous at first to be in a class full of people because I haven't worked out in a long time. But the environment was super friendly and we were encouraged to move at our own pace. The lighting was perfect for just the right amount of privacy but it was a fun group environment at the same time. I was surprised that I was able to finish the class, it was so challenging but taking breaks allowed me to finish and now I hooked! I would definitely come back, especially after the results I saw the next day. Nat, the owner was super nice and she taught the class. There are several classes to take that focus on different things as well as sculpting with weights after the cycling portion. I can't wait to try another one!

It was a little bit of a tricky process because we had a large group, so as soon as bikes dropped, we booked a whole section of bikes front and center. When we got to the studio, they had cute decorations set up to celebrate us (thanks to our Best Man, who is also a spin instructor in California, who called them ahead of time). They were so so friendly and welcoming! The ride was awesome. Music was on point, choreo perfection, great workout. This studio is awesome and I have so much appreciation to them for going out of their way to help us have a great time!

Her Vinyasa flow is my favorite and I enjoy every class. Other practices are available with a trio of experienced instructors. The studio itself is welcoming and offers all new equipment from mats to bolsters. The color scheme is done in relaxing shades of aqua and blue.
