I felt so connected to my body and aware of parts of myself I ignore so often. I really loved the gentleness and invitations to modify as needed, as well as, having a in classroom support to the instructor to come around and assist with posture, I feel so bad but I have forgotten her name. It was my first time using straps, but thankfully I was supported. All the other classmates were kind and there was enough space for everyone, even though it was pretty full. I failed to take any pictures as I wanted to be present to the moment, but one beautiful offering is a tea station near the restrooms, cubbies to place items, and a lavender cool face towel at the end of class.
