I was staying in the Nashville area temporarily due to my construction gig and wanted to get a great workout while also learn the sport of boxing. I've been to Nashville and the surrounding areas multiple times before. I have gone to various gyms (Boxing, MMA) in the area as well, so I have a pretty good idea on average pricing. I figured I would give Frank/Knockout Fitness a try. I was surprised that there wasn't a 1-day free trial, considering there are gyms in the area who give you a whole free trial week! So even if you were dissatisfied with your first-day experience, you'd still have to cough up $50 for the session! The boxing workouts are regular workouts you would find at any boxing gym. Can also be easily found on YouTube. Frank definitely provides great motivation when it comes to the workout routines but learning real boxing technique is not what he offers. Which comes at a major disappointment given the price. Besides basic combinations, you are NOT learning to box effectively! If your sole purpose is just to get fit, and are willing to pay ($$$) just to be pushed/ motivated through a boxing based workout routine purely for fitness, then this is your spot! But if you are looking to get more of your money's worth, get in shape and learn actual boxing technique, e.g. defense, footwork, distance/timing etc., build not only body confidence but also develop the skills necessary to defend yourself, all for a much lower price, then I suggest you go elsewhere. *My two cents*
