I highly recommend working with her because of the following: 1) Attention to detail (In 2 sessions she knew exactly what my physical limits were and built workouts to help me learn better form and build my body in a healthy and manageable way) 2) Undivided attention (I never had her look at her phone or talk to someone else during our sessions, she's always 100% attentive to you, and that's something I really appreciate) 3) Nutrition mentoring (I don't eat unhealthy things, but Dallas made me realize foods that were better alternatives and which ones I should stay away from in order to achieve a better workout and achieve the physique I wanted. She'll never shame you for indulging in sweets or carbs either, which I'm definitely grateful for) 4) Knows when you push you and when to rest (I used to always get sick after high intensity workout classes and could never get through group sessions, but Dallas made workouts that challenged me without overextending my body. For COVID procedures, I felt that they took good precautions to make sure the safety of everyone is prioritized. Next Level Fitness makes sure to have a certain number of people in the gym at all times and the trainer wipes down everything as soon as you've used it. If you prefer the trainer to wear a mask they can. Just some extra brownie points: The gym playlist is ALWAYS poppin' and the bathrooms are SERIOUSLY amazing. The luxurious feel when you step into this gym is unlike any other, which is so weird to say because it's a GYM! Meh. GFA isn't exactly what I expected in a gym. Maybe it works for some, but it's just not up to…read morepar in my book. I've had plenty of different gym memberships across town depending on where I lived at the time - but I won't be back to this one. Let's start with the good. Location is great, fees are not bad, small gym (which is fine). These are initial observations when I signed up. Now, we shimmy on over to the "not-so-good" part of the review. I got to GFA at 5:45 AM and popped into the restroom really quick. Very dirty restroom. Honestly... disgusting. So I simply deduce either a) no one cares to clean up after themselves here or b) no one is on staff during the night to make sure the customers needs are being met. I took pictures to share, but I'll spare you (you're welcome). Not a deal breaker, but not an amazing start. The first treadmill I jumped on didn't work (touch screen controls seemed to be completely dead). No big deal. The second didn't work either (same issue). The third treadmill took a lot of work to get going, but it finally worked. I noticed that there was a TON of dirt caked inside the treadmill air vents (I included a picture) which are pointed directly at your face while running. Also, not awesome. I ran with a wince for 45 minutes. Additional observations. Weight room is very small (don't love to workout in tight spaces - again, personal preference), there are no showers, and FOX news was blaring all morning. Unfortunately at this time, I cannot recommend GFA and will not be extending my membership. I hope your experience is better than mine should you choose them for your local gym.

The front desk staff was super helpful and welcoming--they made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us a quick tour. The gym's setup is fantastic! Cardio is upstairs, while everything from weights to outdoor rec and boxing setups is downstairs. I especially loved the outdoor workout space--it's such a nice touch. The gym was super clean, well-organized, and had a respectable, positive environment. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

A more experience worker-outer co-worker of mine teamed up and worked out one-on-one, actually, two-on-one with Mike tonight. He was challenging, fun, encouraging, and informative... and most importantly for me NOT SCARY! They can help you figure out a fitness plan that works for you, just go in or call and ask. I'd never thought I'd say this, but I almost (keyword: almost) can't wait until next time I go. All jokes aside, if you want an intense workout without the frills, THIS is the place to go.
