    I have to say I have never thought about a custom set of golf clubs until this year. My son and I decided to stop by PXG Westgate to look around after seeing there promotional adds. We could not have been more pleased by the service of the two ladies at the front counter after we left we talked about how great the service was. That was what sold me on going back for a fitting. What an experience it was Zach is extremely knowledgeable and professional he took his time ensuring I understood everything and helped find me the exact set I wanted and needed. If you ever are in the market for new clubs PXG Westgate hands down is the place to be. You will never be happier you went thanks Zach and the entire Westgate crew.

My husband stood on the putting green for 15 minutes looking and trying different putters. No one came to see is we needed assistance. One of the sales clerk took time out of his busy shift to practice driving on the virtual screen. Their store on Indian School and El Mirage honored this policy without question! My wife just purchased complete set of mixed match clubs. She tested inside and took them outside to the range and made her decision. We play golf 3 times a week and she started struggling with her driver. Right at the 90 day mark we took it back expecting the worse. As we walked in my wife explained that she has been struggling with her driver and what are her options. The person behind the counter stated "how can we make it better?" My wife tested a few more drivers and decided on one. They swapped it out and gave her credit for the price difference. There was no pressure or indication of misuse but only how they could keep a customer satisfied! Many kudos to the Van's sales team for hand holding us through a potential bad experience to a "we will definitely be back and updating our friends to the outstanding customer service" that Van's provides! Please give them a try.

Sports and Fitness Exchange is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. I bought one of their own home brand machines that was defective, returned it, and paid them another $300 for a different leg press--also their home brand--only to get another defective product missing parts. They ignored my calls and emails for a week, so I had to drive down there myself with the machine. Instead of making it right, they blamed me for the missing pieces and said "they get this all the time, where customers say they are missing parts" and I should've paid $399 for "expert assembly." That's nothing but an excuse to dodge responsibility and squeeze more money out of customers. This wasn't some used or third-party product--they sell and represent this brand as their own, yet still refuse to stand behind it. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. I purchased two items from this store online-- a lateral shoulder raise which was a 'pre-order', and a Technogym unit. The former was placed on 10/16/2023 and I have not received it as of 12/20/2023. They mentioned delivery within 90 days which was fine, however, they refused to update me on the status of anything that was happening on their end. After sending several e-mails inquiring about the status of my order, I was finally told it was scheduled to arrive to their warehouse early February of next year. This means I would not get it until mid-Feb at the earliest. A 4-month wait for a piece of strength equipment? Imagine all the gains I've already lost. I responded stating I wanted a refund as they would not be able to deliver on time. I received a generic response from the crackhead across the screen stating that I would have to pay a "15% restocking fee." How does that make any sense given the context of this situation? This is not an item that I ordered, received, and no longer want. This is an item that your company has failed to deliver on, and had you been able to provide better customer service, I might have actually waited until February. As for the Technogym unit I ordered, the cable came completely worn out and damaged; the weight stacks were not even properly assembled. I submitted an inquiry for this in October and, once again, after several weeks of correspondence, they stated they would send me a replacement cable. As of this writing, no such replacement cable is in my hands... Avoid this company at all costs. Unethical, unprofessional, criminal.

    I visited Topgolf Glendale on Saturday night (3/14) and had one of the worst service experiences…read moreI've ever had here. We were in Bay 109 and our server was De' Laurence. Normally, a server greets you shortly after you arrive and goes over safety, but we waited about 10 minutes before he even came by. When he did, he skipped any introduction and just asked what we wanted to order. I've had the Play More Membership for about 5 months and ordered waters and an appetizer, the chicken buffalo dip. The food actually came out quickly, in under 15 minutes, which was great, but our server then confronted the food runner in front of us, questioning whether the order was even ours because it came out so quickly. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially since the runner confirmed it was correct. From there, the service continued to decline. I had to repeatedly remind him to bring waters, plates, and napkins. He eventually brought four plates but only two napkins for a group of four, and even after asking multiple times, the waters didn't arrive until we only had about 15 minutes left of gameplay, after asking four times. By that point, we were already 30 to 40 minutes into our session. With about 12 minutes left on the hour, he came to charge us using the handheld device. After we paid, we chose not to tip because the service was clearly not up to the usual standard we expect at Topgolf. He immediately turned the screen, saw the $0 tip, and loudly said, "I'll make sure you guys never fucking come back here again." He said this aggressively and loud enough that the surrounding bays turned to look at us, which was extremely embarrassing and completely unacceptable conduct, especially given his tone and inappropriate language. He then left the bay area. Shortly after that, a manager came over and told us to leave, even though we still had about 10 minutes of gameplay remaining and unfinished food. The manager also refused to provide the server's name, despite it being clearly visible on his name tag. The manager told us, "My server said that he was disrespected by you guys, so I'm going to have to ask you guys to leave." Even after explaining the situation, he still did not try to accommodate us. To be clear, the gameplay and the food were great as usual, but the service and how this situation was handled completely ruined the experience. As a loyal Play More member who has been coming to this location for years, I'm extremely disappointed. Being verbally disrespected and then asked to leave without any refund or compensation for unused time and unfinished food is unacceptable. Especially after we waited an hour and a half to get a bay. Which we happily waited due to previous amazing customer service from other servers. I hope management takes this seriously, because this is not the level of service I've come to expect from Topgolf. De' Laurence needs more than just a conversation with management--this was extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. His demeanor and behavior are not appropriate for a customer service role.
