    We've been going to Valley Golf for quite a few years and have had great customer service in every department... using the range, apparel, equipment, club fitting, demo days, regripping, everything imaginable! Right away I was very impressed with the extensive inventory of ladies apparel! I've shopped all over the valley and online, and Valley Golf has more variety of brands AND sizes than any other golf store, hands-down! You can even shop from specific catalogues and order exactly to your style & size. The fitting for my new set of clubs was well worth the money and are just over a year old now. Along with regular lessons, having clubs that help me rather than throw off my swing has been a huge help for my game! For a long time I thought I'd need to get better before making the investment, but turns out I had that backwards! In twelve months I dropped from a 16 handicap to 10, and recently have been staying in single digits! Golf is really fun to play at every level, but I must say with all respect, humility & appreciation that playing golf well is EVEN FUNNER!! Thanks to Valley Golf and other professionals who help us move even a little closer to the player we hope to become! And special thanks to my amazing husband who fully supports my ever-growing involvement in golf! (Yes, even when I win!)

Mary videoed our golf swings daily, on the range and the course, and then expertly broke down our positive attributes as well as our flaws. She prescribed various drills to eliminate -- or at least mitigate -- our flaws while accentuating the positives. She demonstrated new techniques where necessary and in so doing rebuilt our golf swings. This was a tall order for only four days. However, the improvements to our technique are very apparent. Mary brings to the table decades of experience. She has trained under numerous golf legends and is eager to share her knowledge with Bird Academy clients. We are planning to visit Mary again this coming November to participate in a six month refresher course.

    I am extremely disappointed with how management handles customer property damage at this resort…read more While parked at The Wigwam, a stray golf ball from the nearby course struck the trunk of my 2025 Lexus ES 350, leaving a significant dent. There are no "park at your own risk" warning signs posted anywhere in this parking area. I immediately reported the damage to security, who came out and filed an official incident report. I was assured that the Director of Operations, Sheffield Crosby, would reach out to me the following Monday with the results of their investigation. It has been complete radio silence ever since. Despite leaving voicemails and sending an email, management refuses to return my calls, acknowledge the incident, or address my concerns. It is incredibly frustrating that a resort of this caliber simply sweeps incidents like this under the rug and pretends they never happened once you leave the property. If you are visiting or staying here, be highly aware that your vehicle is at risk of damage from the golf course, and the leadership team will completely ignore you when it happens. Park at your own risk, because management certainly won't take any responsibility. TO THE OWNER: no need to reply with a "we are disappointed," "we are committed to customer service," or similar generic comments. You had plenty of opportunities to make this right.

The golf monitor games are a total game-changer for kids who normally couldn't care less about golf. Our kids were hooked on Angry Birds and Candy Crush Golf for hours. By the end of the session, they were begging to come back -- and actually asking to practice their swing. As a parent, that's a win. The space itself is clean, well-designed, and genuinely family-friendly. Staff was attentive and the mobile ordering setup made it easy to manage food without stepping away from the bay. Pro tip for families: grab the Summer Fun Pass at $179. We got it and it's absolutely worth it -- unlimited visits all summer, which completely changes the value equation when you're bringing multiple kids. What feels expensive as a one-time drop-in becomes a no-brainer as a recurring family activity. A couple of honest notes: the background music is quite loud -- fine for adults at the bar, but a bit much when you're trying to coach a 6-year-old on their stance. And the food is very much bar-style -- chicken sliders, tater tots, nachos. It does the job and the kids loved it, but don't come expecting a culinary experience. Overall, Topgolf nailed the formula: fun, active, social, and it got our kids genuinely hooked on golf. With the Summer Pass, it's genuinely one of the best family investments this season.

Normally, a server greets you shortly after you arrive and goes over safety, but we waited about 10 minutes before he even came by. When he did, he skipped any introduction and just asked what we wanted to order. I've had the Play More Membership for about 5 months and ordered waters and an appetizer, the chicken buffalo dip. The food actually came out quickly, in under 15 minutes, which was great, but our server then confronted the food runner in front of us, questioning whether the order was even ours because it came out so quickly. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially since the runner confirmed it was correct. From there, the service continued to decline. I had to repeatedly remind him to bring waters, plates, and napkins. He eventually brought four plates but only two napkins for a group of four, and even after asking multiple times, the waters didn't arrive until we only had about 15 minutes left of gameplay, after asking four times. By that point, we were already 30 to 40 minutes into our session. With about 12 minutes left on the hour, he came to charge us using the handheld device. After we paid, we chose not to tip because the service was clearly not up to the usual standard we expect at Topgolf. He immediately turned the screen, saw the $0 tip, and loudly said, "I'll make sure you guys never fucking come back here again." He said this aggressively and loud enough that the surrounding bays turned to look at us, which was extremely embarrassing and completely unacceptable conduct, especially given his tone and inappropriate language. He then left the bay area. Shortly after that, a manager came over and told us to leave, even though we still had about 10 minutes of gameplay remaining and unfinished food. The manager also refused to provide the server's name, despite it being clearly visible on his name tag. The manager told us, "My server said that he was disrespected by you guys, so I'm going to have to ask you guys to leave." Even after explaining the situation, he still did not try to accommodate us. To be clear, the gameplay and the food were great as usual, but the service and how this situation was handled completely ruined the experience. As a loyal Play More member who has been coming to this location for years, I'm extremely disappointed. Being verbally disrespected and then asked to leave without any refund or compensation for unused time and unfinished food is unacceptable. Especially after we waited an hour and a half to get a bay. Which we happily waited due to previous amazing customer service from other servers. I hope management takes this seriously, because this is not the level of service I've come to expect from Topgolf. De' Laurence needs more than just a conversation with management--this was extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. His demeanor and behavior are not appropriate for a customer service role.
