After just a few weeks with her, his Winter MAP scores showed real movement: he jumped to the 66th percentile in Math and 65th in Reading, with growth percentiles already in the mid-70s. Once we saw that early progress, we realized we had a real opportunity to move his scores upward -- so we increased sessions to twice a week. By the end of the school year, his growth was dramatic. So my child was injured while attending this preschool and the lack of accountability that was taken by this preschool staff was absurd. Then when I asked for the footage of the video the director tried to say oh you can't have that I said yes I can you will be giving me that video and I'm calling the police. one the video you can visibly see the teacher who is supposed to be supervising the kids on her phone taking selfies and playing on Snapchat so when I asked them what is going to be done about this everyone Is looking at me confused and the police said nothing can be done because there wasn't an assault mind you my minor child was injured under their care. the staff at the facility were condescending and didn't care And made the situation as if it was my sons fault and not the NEGLIGENT staff who was supposed to be watching him. there is also an indian teacher who works here who is racist towards african American children. more than one occasion this said teacher inserted herself doing something way above her job description and got upset when I myself Told her to mind her business, the head staff even told her on numerous occasions that she is overstepping her job title. I also have arrived to this facility and have seen mainly African American children with diapers full of urine and/feces and face full of snot and etc and when asked why the child looked that way there is never a valid reason. there is lack of competency and accountability at this facility it should be closed down truthfully

It was approximately 11:35 am. I asked to see infant schedule to confirm naptime, and I was denied. She told me if I register my child I will see it. She was very rude and suggested I dont register my child if I had any complaints. I wasnt at all rude neither did I complain. I was only concerned and had a few questions. I realize everyone is entitled to their own opinion and or views so I chose not to go back and forth with her or or enroll my child. I just pray this isnt some one elses business they have just sabotaged. Atleast no one was being abused. Hence the purpose for the 2 star and not 1.
