I called the office, i notice this office has great setup. On-boarding form all digitalized and i have the same experience when i visited the office. They picked a not so obvious location and remodeled their interior. The clinic interior is all bright and friendly. Since forms are digitalized, my intake process was so smooth and easy. Dr Pyo is thee BEST Dr. he takes his time. Very professional. If you feel something is wrong but not sure what, he'll send you to do lab work and without asking he'll check everything. If you accidentally forget something or if you don't understand, he'll go over it with you again. The staff is amazing and so very nice too. read more

This was my first visit to Dr Pyo's clinic and glad I came here first. The medical assistants were so friendly and helpful, and I also didn't have to wait too long to be seen. The doctor was very thorough in his assessment and diagnosis. He even sat down to listen to me, as I was in a lot of pain from my hip injury and needed to explain my dilemma. This review is very long overdue. I had a very persistent cough that would just not go away. The doctors here prescribed me some antibiotics as well as an inhaler, and I could finally feel some relief. The clinic is very nice and clean, they had machines and medical technology that I've never even seen before. My husband and I went to establish a primary care doctor. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiling faces by the front desk staff. My whole experience was amazing at Pyo clinic! When I came in the front desk nurses were very nice! I came in about 30mins early and they were able to get me in right away. The whole clinic is very clean and nice! The nurse who took my vitals was very nice and efficient and made the whole pre visit process smooth and easy. Dr. Pyo saw me and he is super nice and welcoming! I came to see him for reasons concerning a prescription and some swelling I've been experiencing and Dr. Pyo was very knowledgeable and provided routes I can take treatment wise. With immense gratitude and admiration, I write this review (something I never thought I would say as a patient about a doctor): Dr. Pyo and his team and office staff are just -- astonishing. As a social worker, I look for are two things in a provider: 1) access to care and 2) quality care. WOW on both! Both have been amazing. I mean breathtaking. Dr. Pyo will go above and beyond for his patients and is brave and brilliant and I can't imagine a better family physician. (my granddad was old school comes pretty close). Dr. Pyo is just on a whole other level. .He takes a "full person" approach to care. I truly feel privileged to be his patient. When I pay my co-pay from my visits, I don't have that thought after other providers like "well thats a nice cherry on top of that rushed 10 minute appointment." Instead I think, "that's all I'm paying?" I mention this story because I think this doctor is invaluable. I don't even know how he or anyone can measure his worth because he's that special of a provider. I mean really, Dr. Pyo is a unicorn. I just don't know how else to say it. His staff are unicorns too. (I mean that metaphorically)! ;) Anyway, I just couldn't not write this review. I was suffering with my health insurance company to see a PCP and finally they made an appointment far at fuller about 18 mile away from my home. When I walked in and greeted from all staff , I realized that I am in the right place, every single one was kind, helpful, smiling. Dr. Pyo was also super helpful and caring . Won't get into why, but I left my PCP of 15 years and was looking for a new doctor. In contrast, Dr Pyo was very accommodating. I've read the other reviews. It's repetitive, I know, but I'm going to have to agree w everyone else and give the Pyo Clinic all 5 stars! However, I don't live near the clinic, so Dr Pyo "saw" me via Virtual Consultation. Though clearly not the same as face-to-face, Dr Pyo's family style, quality care still shined through. From the beginning, I was treated w respect, never rushed, and completely heard. Both Dr and Mrs Pyo have outstanding people skills. Their character and concern for patients is admirable. Dr. Pyo is a fantastic, knowledgeable doctor, but above all, a compassionate person. I stopped by to get another opinion, I was very long winded but Dr. Pyo let me take my time to explain my situation. After he listened, he gave me his opinion and a few medical advice that my doctor and specialist didn't suggest. One of those advice was a medication he normally does not carry and was not available at the local pharmacy. He saw I was in distress and said he would order it for me and to come back once it comes in. I originally came in for consultation but he ended up treating me as well. Usually I hate going to the doctors, but I had such a wonderful experience at Pyo Clinic. First thing I want to mention is that the clinic is very clean. There's also plenty of parking in the back lot. In addition, their hours are awesome. I was able to see them after work, which was amazing because I usually need to take time off just to go to my appointments. They were very communicative with me throughout my entire experience, assisting with booking the appointment, checking my insurance, and explaining my next steps. The staff is so welcoming and courteous. As soon as I came in, they greeted me with smiles and fun conversations. They even offered me drinks (water, hot cocoa). I immediately felt very comfortable and confident that I would receive excellent care. Dr. Pyo is very professional and thorough.
