Man, I'm bummed to have to update my review and I will not be returning. I have been going here for…read moreyears. I go multiple times throughout the year and have had amazing experiences. However, each of my last few visits have had small issues that, if they happened only once, I could have ignored. But, I can't really ignore the small issues anymore. I am not a confrontational person, so no, I did not say anything each time something happened because it felt nitpicky, until I realized that something was happening during every recent visit consistently. And overall, my experiences were still pretty good. One of the first times there was an issue with unprofessionalism it was something that made me uncomfortable. I once overheard the blonde lady, that's worked there for a long time, talking badly about someone's body that she had just given a Brazilian wax to. So, I noted to myself, to never get waxed there. The last several massages I've had there have been with the same person. And she's actually great. But some things have happened during my massages that have cut into my ability to relax. Every single massage for at least the last year, she has brought in what sounded like a metal container with iced water? And she repeatedly will refill a water bottle loudly during my massage with iced water and then constantly stop the massage to loudly drink from it with the ice in the metal bottle or cup clinking around. I have never seen what it is, because I am face down during the massage but that's what it sounds like. Multiple times I can hear this masseuse and have also caught other masseuses here texting or doing things on their phones during my massage. Let me preface this next one with, I am actually 420 friendly.... However, I am 99% sure during my most recent massage, she was hitting a vape. I smelled it MULTIPLE times during my massage. Normally doesn't bother me out in the real world... but during my massage??!! Also, when I walked in for my most recent massage, the owner, was who let me in. I said Hello, good morning to her. No response. Another thing worth noting is, their neighbors have LOUD barking dogs. I understand the spa cannot help this. But you can and will hear it during your massage. Something changed here. I am sad to have to go elsewhere.

She is so detailed oriented, explained what she was doing each step of the way and is up to date on new procedures. The products she used smelt great and were organic and natural. She massaged my arms and chest and did a nice little stimulated scalp rub. This was my first time doing dermaplaning. I have no complaints about it. My skin feels soft and not irritated. Will update review if something changes. Her prices were very reasonable and seemed to be within the normal range. I do believe she could charge more based on her thoroughness and the extra services she adds to your facial! I highly recommend Roxy! She is top notch!

This was an emergency I couldn't wait 2 weeks for him to come back so Tina at Busy Bee was avaliable at first I was super nervous to have someone else do my nails but Tina was awesome. I have been here 4 times now because she is that good: *She made sure she was doing the style I requested *she was super cool with doing LONG nails nails *she is not afraid to try new techniques *she has not once hesitated about my color choices. (I love black acrylic, but it makes a big mess some places won't do it or say black nails will be ugly) *she is not hesitant on using flat matt top coat *she has fit me in last minute for a quick wax *she has been able to fit my grandma in for a pedicure when I brought her in *the shop is cute *lots of colors, stickers designs, foil, jewels, geode style, and tons more. I really do appreciate Busy Bee for being so nice, for making sure I get what I requested, and for having competitive $$ prices. My nail guy is ready to retire in a few months so I am very happy I found such an awesome replacement for him. The reason for my three star rating is they do not take card and have an ATM machine INSIDE for you to take cash out to pay. I didn't appreciate that AT ALL. I'm not 100% sure why many of these nail places hate taking card. I really didn't want to pull cash out when I can just pay with card. I mentioned this to the nail tech and she responded that it was better for her if I can pay with cash. I didn't like her response. I didn't mind paying a fee associated with the card vs me taking cash out from an ATM that wasn't associated with my bank. When I did a soak off I noticed the nail tech was heavy handed and left "rings of fire" on my nails. But other than that her work was great, they stayed on for about 2-3 weeks.

She rushed through my eyebrows in about 2 minutes, and it definitely showed in the final result. One eyebrow was left noticeably thinner than the other. When she handed me the mirror, she did it in a rushed manner and immediately walked to the register to charge me, making it difficult to properly notice the unevenness at the time. I have had my eyebrows threaded many times before, and never has anyone done them this quickly or carelessly. I left very unsatisfied with both the customer service and the quality of the work.
