The quality of work was high, which is of course most important. Our home is wonderful and we feel blessed to live here again. 2. The bottom up planning and implementation process was very transparent. We had worked with designer so we knew what we wanted and had plans for execution. But as they say, no plan survives first contact with the enemy. We got 3 bids for our remodel project and planned on going with Quick but everything after the bid was an absolute disaster. We requested quotes on 2 items for over a month with no response. The 1 item we did receive quotes for - a door - took over a month and had multiple issues. One of the quotes was just a screenshot of a picture with no information. The other quote was for the wrong dimension and wrong style. Almost every conversation required at least one follow-up from us to receive a response. This included contacting Quick to make a payment. Ultimately, we had no faith in Quick's ability to execute the project and asked for a refund (and that was the one thing they did right and timely). Throughout our dealings with Quick, we were often told it was the busy season and that's why everything was so slow. We contacted another contractor the day we received our refund and had no significant delays at all. read more

was amazing from the first meeting. found them on home advisor, Cesar contacted me immediately. Had an appointment and great follow up from the get go. Our house was a 1980's and they tore down walls redid whole kitchen moved staircase back, master bath remodel and complete interior finish floors walls, trim etc. Extremely great craftsmanship, timeliness, courtesy, easy to work around and super clean. Did whole house while we were holed up in a bedroom with five dogs. The place was really kept clear, air quality stayed good-I have had a lung transplant so that was important- all we had was one air purifier in the bedroom. WE started the week of thanksgiving and within six weeks all major things were complete and just finishing touches took the next week. There were no hidden expenses, they gave you detailed itemized list up front for you to add or subtract without any problem. Beto our lead guy under Cesar was extremely accommodating and our tile specialist Daniel was super fantastic. HE was a perfectionist with his work, as well as one of the most courteous persons i have met. WE have one guest bath to do and we will be contacting them again to redo that one also. When a client hired us at Threshold Agency to update an Airstream so they could use it for a temporary office; we knew Cesar Fuentes - Quick Residential Rescue was the only team for the job! Cesar and his crew went above and beyond to complete the project in time. They listened, and completed the renovation of a 1984 Airstream on time and with only the best finishes and beautiful detail. There were so many gorgeous touches such as a modern barn door for the bathroom and amazing hardwood floors that came from an actual old barn. While the floors were in mint condition we asked Cesar to distress them more. In the end, it all tied in together so perfectly, it's hard to remember what it looked like before! I would live in it if it were mine, that's how beautiful it turned out! It looks like something you would see on the tiny houses show that is so popular now. Oh, and did I mention it was all done with a smile! I never saw this team in a bad mood. QRR is the most professional and genuine team I've ever met.
