They're okay. I got a manicure and pedicure, the pricing was good for both at $37 total. I did gel on my hands and regular on my feet. I chose the colors and in the end since they just do like a "match" it didn't get even remotely close to what I asked for or showed them. The lady that did my feet did really good and took her time. But the second lady rushed through it as fast as she could and kind of had an attitude. I know everyone has a bad day here and there but customer service is customer service and I won't be going back. I usually go to Orchid Nails And customer service is always amazing, they never rush, and always do good. You get what you pay for I guess. And in the end. They only take cash tips. This place is beyond terrible! I physically went in to schedule an appointment for my daughter and I for the following day! She was going for a full set and I was going for a pedicure. I was completely flexible (since I was on vacation from work) and asked THEM what time they would like us to come in, i was told to be there for an appointment at 10 am, so the next day we showed up, and low and behold the place was full. As we were waiting for over 30 min (mind you, we had an appointment which THEY chose the time for), i tried finding other nearby nail salons, but everyone was either closed or booked for our availability. They were finally ready to start my pedicure after about a 40 minute wait, and before I sat down, I asked if they would be starting my daughters nails soon because I rather leave than keep waiting for them to start her service. My question was completely ignored by 2 workers (the lady who did my pedicure and the gentleman at the first station) i then proceeded to address the gentleman again in a louder tone (as he is the one who originally scheduled my appt the day before) and he brushed me off saying "soon soon" My daughters service didnt start until i was already getting the polish on my toes. Now, let me get into this pedicure....first off, it ONLY took about 10 minutes TOTAL! They briefly let my feet soak, did NOT file my nails, only scrubbed for a total of 15 seconds on one foot and 30 on the other, did NOT offer any extras, then proceeded to massage WITHOUT pulling my sweats up (so basically just my feet) i bit my tongue throughout the entire, short, process and right before she was going to polish my nails I asked if they offered extra services because i wanted the callous remover! She was visibly annoyed, but proceeded to do it! When it came time for the polish, they only did one coat and NO top coat! At this point, i was totally over it! I decided why fight when i can just leave an honest review on yelp that can help the next person?! When i was finally done, i was asked to leave because my daughter would still be about an hour longer (i think its because they wanted to get more people in and the whole covid capacity rule) but i was ABSOLUTELY NOT going to leave my daughter, who is a minor, by herself! This is why I made an appointment!!!!!!! It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon! It's safe to say I will NOT be visiting this place again, and I definitely will bot be recommending it! I will not be coming back here. I gVe it a second chance and I'm good! Il stick with Happy Nails. I got a fill and she made my nails all different lengths and uneven. So I went Friday and it is Sunday and my nails are ALREADY chipping! WTF it is gel, gel doesn't chip!!! Ugh now I have to get them redo Then I was getting a pedicure and during the pedicure, she takes out her phone and responses to the text. That is SO rude! Then I saw her fill a almost empty bottle of top coat with nail remover .... So good luck keeping the polish on when they fill their top coats with remover! Which goes to back to my earlier point that two days later my GEL polish is chipping. I will not be coming here again. read more

I have been coming here for 4 years. Danny and Cindy are truly the best in my opinion. I have never had anyone pay so much attention to detail as they do. As for everyone else in the salon they are also held to the same standard as Danny and Cindy. Because they do such a great job this can cause them to run a bit of a wait. Good gel mani/pedi I would give them 5 stars, but it upset me when I told the nail lady I wanted a design on my ring finger and the nail lady did it on my thumb. When I told her that's where I didn't want it she made it seem like she wasn't going to take it off anymore so is let it go. I work in Corona and love to get my nails done at Q's nails. You might have to setup an appt since the evenings are really busy but it's honestly worth the wait. Cindy normally does my nails and I love the natural look of her work. White tips last about a month in a half with one fill after three weeks and a full set lasts me about two months. Other nail salons I've been to don't last nearly as long since the acrylic chips or cracks. read more

Zero stars. I have been a repeat customer here but I won't be returning ever again. My last visit, Cindy forced me to keep a set I paid for but did not like. She outright said "no you have to keep them, I don't care." She refused a refund after I offered to let the nail artist Jenny keep the tip. On top of this Jenny always charges $45 despite the design and I was charged $75 today for a simple design. Cindy also started to harass me by asking "what's wrong with you today?" and "What's your problem?" repeatedly in an aggressive tone. The artist Jenny was speaking and arranging the situation peacefully until Cindy cut in and escalated everything despite my staying calm. Even other customers raised their eyebrows at her behavior. I am genuinely reaching out to her licensing board to report her behavior. I believe that a little humanity would have gone a long way here today. I would avoid this location for anyone contemplating receiving services here. read more

" I came here on the suggestion of my mother who uses their nail salon. I was sitting in the chair and my feet were being worked on for my pedicure. I had to ask for the water to be made warmer because it was cool. After I'd been sitting in the chair I tried to use the massage ... it didn't work! I was not offered the opportunity to change seats to a chair that was working. The gal just simply smiled at me. While she worked, she asked if cared for the upsell of parafin. This is the third place I've tried in Corona and the third place that has disappointed me... Maybe because I'm from L.A. I expect a certain quality of service. The lady that did my pedicure was an older woman who rushed right through and she was very heavy handed. She was about to just start cutting my toe nails without even asking. This place was great the first few times but this last time it was so bad. I asked for short acrylics that had a tiny bit of an edge. I even showed them my go to picture on google since I dont know the exact name of the shape. Instead, I walked out with ugly ass duck feet nails. I got tired of asking for what I wanted only to be brushed off. And the guy who was doing them kept getting distracted by taking personal phone calls. All of the nails on my left hand ended up being noticeable longer than the ones on my right hand. After a week they were starting to look yellowish. I should've gone back and had them do them for free but after that experience and truly hating nails that I spent 40$ on I didn't trust them to fix them. Definitely done with this one! read more

Worst experience ever!!! First off the lady used a cuticle nipper to trim my toe nails!!! Then I noticed that she put the file and buffer that she used on her previous client on her table to use on me! Once she picked it up and started using it on me I stopped her and asked her to use a new one! And she answered by saying what?? Like she didn't know what I was taking about. Then i repeated myself and said that's used! So could you use a new one then she said oh and pulled out a new one and started speaking Vietnamese to the other workers! Which was so annoying then when Danny started my fill the lady who did my pedi started on my cousin and used the same tools and file and buffer on her!!!!!!! How disgusting is that!!! However, constantly having to wait regardless of if I have an appointment is extremely frustrating. I have been late to other engagements several times because of this.
