I went to get a pedicure, instead of the lady scrubbing the dead skin off my heels, she scrubbed the top of my foot with a hard dry sponge until skin came off and blood gushing from my foot. It hurt so bad there were tears in my eye. the lady obviously knew she messed up cause she kept staring at me wiping the blood off with her glove. Absolutely horrible service. Went a few weeks ago for a full set (no designs or anything) and the nail tech did the wrong shape and kept them longer than I asked. Giving them the benefit of a doubt, I called and made an appointment for a refill earlier this week. Arrived for my 5pm appointment, and they asked what I needed done. I mention that I'm there for a 5pm appointment for a refill. They say it'll be just a few minutes. FORTY FIVE MINUTES LATER, I'm still waiting and customers are walking in and being taken right in. I got up to leave and they say it'll be just a few more minutes. I responded with "No, I've been waiting for almost an hour and I'm sorry but my time is worth something." Seriously. Why schedule appointments if they're just disregarded anyhow?!? Never again. read more

Terrible customer service. Waited 2 hours after my appointment was scheduled at 6pm to finally have someone work on my nails at 7:50pm. They came out nice but I did in fact get yelled at prior to paying after requesting a discount for the amount of time wasted out of my day. If they couldn't accommodate for me, that should have been communicate - this whole experience was very unprofessional and this has been a salon that I have been going to for a long time. I had the highest priced pedicure, I've never had, one that was so fast and bad. Very little massage, no hot stones ( she said she used them) I know they can do better because there was a girl doing one (the base priced one) and she was doing a great job. I still have dead skin on my feet and the polish doesn't even come up to my cuticle. Which was never removed. Just like throwing $45 away read more

I'd give this a zero if I could. I made an appointment for 11 am. I walked in and the lady giving a manicure said hi and I said I had an appointment at 11. I sat down and waited for 20 min. There was another lady waiting and then another walked in. Finally they say me in a pedicure chair and the lady that just walked in too. All the stations were full and there was no one going to be ready to help anytime soon. Finally walked out after half an hour. Why take appointments if you can't handle them??? Horrible. read more

An appointment was made for a manicure and we sat for 20 minutes without being recognized. We stood at the desk without ANY recognition. We had no idea that we had to use the IPad to say we were there. The waiting room was packed. people were complaining how long they waited with appointments. One customer said she had an appointment for 1 1/2 hours before the current time. That was enough I needed to hear. After 30 minutes I approached an employee and asked when our appointment would be taken back. The employee didnt know and asked us to come back later. What is the point of an appointment if you aren't going to follow it and then ask a customer to come back? There was not ANY attempt to have good customer service. read more

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I've been attempting the like this establishment for about 8 months. I make an appointment nearly every time I go and the majority of the time I wait nearly an hour to be seen. The young man (I believe who was just recently allowed to do nails on top of pedicures), has not done an even mediocre job. The nails I get are a bit pricey and nearly every time I get him, half of my nails are either broken or completely off within a week. I am tired of making an appointment here with a fear in the back of my mind that I will get him. Regardless, I better have a full day ahead of me with no plans because this will surely be a near two hour event. If you're considering patronizing this place, you better have a specific nail tech to request and make any plans you have for later in the evening - just trust me! read more
