I am not accustomed to how the owner does nails and asked to have a gel manicure. Because I questioned how he was doing my nails, because it is not how I am used to, he said I was difficult. We agreed that I would have a gel polish change because I did not want him to put any extra acrylic over my nails. I did not know that the polish change didn't include him shaping my nails and when I asked if he was going to do it he took offense that I said "aren't you going to shape my nails". He then cursed at me by telling me I was pissing him off and that it was bullshit and f'ing ridiculous. I have never observed an owner of a business acting as unprofessional as this guy! He refused to finish my nails and left them undone and told me to go somewhere else to get them finished. I felt that he should have been more respectful and understanding as I have never been here before and was not used to how he did nails compared to what I was accustomed to. I can't believe the way he cursed me out in front of another customer and left my nails the way he did. If I had looked at his reviews on here, I would have known how nasty this man is. His wife should be ashamed to work with him!! I see good reviews on here, must depend on what mood he is in that day. I've had 3 different techs since and only one of them was AT ALL personable and customer friendly. The last tech I had was so unfriendly. No conversation at all. Seemed like they hated dealing with people at all. I left a tip but didn't feel good about it and hopefully I won't get that person again. That person needs to find another line of work. I have been there twice now~ and today I had the wonderful fortune of having Macie give me a completely new look and I absolutely LOVE IT!!!! Everyone is respectful. However it's very frustrating to ask for a service such as…read moredip nails (which they offer) and they don't have someone trained on the service working so they pressure you into acrylic. Then you end up with a clearly crooked nail and they tell you it's you finger that's bent not the nail. I got a face time from my 16yr daughter asking me if I knew a way to fix her nails because of her experience here. Her nail was crooked like a badly glued press on nail. She said she had asked them to fix it and this was it fixed. She didn't want to cause a scene, the language barrier didn't help and they don't offer refunds and to add insult to injury They say the accept credit card have the machine but ask you to pay cash instead and pull cash from their ATM that charges fees.
