They do have you wash and sanitize before, they also have plexiglass at the tables. Other than that you could tell they didn't clean the curing machine before I used it the lady also bent my finger tips back really far. My acrylic is not even flush to the cuticles. Also I asked for flames on one nail on each hand and a checkered pattern the same way they said they could not do the checkered pattern, the flame also looks like grass read more

They say they take walk in appointments but once you come in they can never get you in. Called to make an appointment and I believe the owner answered the phone. Very rude. Hard to understand and talks over you. Literally yelled at me because I said I needed a gel fill instead on a fill with gel polish. Ended up just hanging up phone and will go to Sandusky.
