Unfortunately there are hardly any employees around, and that is why these perverts can get away with these public sexual acts. Believe it or not, children are allowed at this spa. I am considering reporting this to the police for that reason. Now that I am here writing this review, I am seeing that there are multiple other reviews reporting the same thing. They have 3 mini pools to soak in and 3 saunas and of course showers, bathrooms, and a relaxing area with water and tea. Makes a great place to bring a book! I enjoyed that it was a quiet sauna and spa, meaning no or very hushed little talking. Very different than what I'm used to but I can see how it can make relaxing at the sauna a more positive experience. You can share with 1-7 of your buddies depending on the room selected. I'd recommend a group session if you haven't done it before. You'll get a towel, a couple timers and a bottle of water. There's typically a towel on the floor by the cold dip and another small towel in the floor of the sauna. A full size towel is on the seat of the sauna. There's an LED red light therapy system embedded in top of the sauna. I typically start in the sauna for 8 minutes or so. Then cold for 3 or so. Continue for the length of my time. I'm especially refreshed if i finish with the cold plunge. Staff are friendly/helpful. I've had mixed luck with the bluetooth speakers in the rooms. The doors on the saunas can be tough to close (they stick). But overall, highly recommended.

This is NOT a "hang out all day at the spa" spa. You have 45min prior to your service to enjoy the…read more"amenities" (aka a pool, pictured, and a small sauna that we didn't use). This is clearly stated on their website but my bestie who booked it didn't realize when she booked it for us, so this is your warning now! The pool was outdoors and it gives a perfect PNW vibe, and it's heated so it relaxes you prior to your treatment. You can hear people walking past the entire time, though, and also the window that is by reception looks out at the pool so people constantly walk by and stare. My treatment (a Swedish massage that turned into more of a sports recovery massage) was great but I mentioned being sore from a workout and my therapist took that as "she wants a rough massage", so it wasn't particularly relaxing. I did provide feedback here and there but mostly succumbed to it, and quite frankly it was probably what my body needed. The massage was good. But the real kicker is the lack of room anywhere. It feels like everybody is on top of you because there's no room to maneuver about. For example, the bathroom in the locker room contains one shower, and then the locker room has an additional shower. So if one is used, you can't go to the bathroom, or if the other is used, it kinda feels like you have no privacy. (I used the one in the locker room cuz I figured someone may need to use the toilet so I'd keep that open, but then there were no hooks inside the shower so it reinforced that lack of privacy--I'd have to use the ones outside the door.) Speaking of the locker room, the place to get ready after your treatment was right by the door in the locker room so it felt like you were in the way as people would come in and out. I specifically asked my massage therapist to not touch my hair so I wouldn't have to wash it so I could more easily get ready when I was leaving. This is only a problem who intended for it to be a day spa, but if you have a room nearby you can just go get ready there. All of these are minor inconveniences but stacked, this just makes this spa not for me. I won't be returning.
