Had I listened to the man who said no it doesn't have it, I would have ended up in the ER. Anaphylactic shock is not something to roll the dice over. I love this salon and location. This is a learning experience. Take the few minutes to hear your client so you can accommodate them properly. And when they say no to the upsell, don't try and make them feel bad. Maybe they only have a certain amount and if they did the higher price service you could be screwed out of a tip. Respect goes a long way. It could even make you get a bigger tip.
