Logan at Scenic Sound Solutions was my first and only call. From the beginning, Logan was absolutely amazing and attentive to not only the traditional needs of the reception but to what we wanted specifically. Logan worked well within my budget and provided so much more than I could have asked for. He accommodated my work schedule and worked with me after traditional work hours. I never felt rushed and Logan answered every question that I had. He was attentive throughout the weeks before the reception making sure everything was what we wanted. We even had some 11th hour changes (literally the night before the wedding) to now include father/daughter dance with an obscure song and to our luck, Logan already had it in his repertoire. As for the reception itself, Logan was the absolute best! We did not have a wedding coordinator so he offered to help with the announcing of events and keeping us on schedule. Him and our photographer teamed up and make sure the reception didn't have any hiccups. Logan read the dance crowd great and kept the flow of the music going with high energy all night. It became clear that he was inexperienced installation and careless in his service. Also showed no remorse and failed to assume responsibility for any of his actions. Specifically: 1) He was over 30 minutes late and didn't bother to notify me that he would be late for the appointment. When I reached out to himX that's when I learned that he'd be late. Did t even bother to apologize for lack of consideration of my time. 2) He initially installed the back up camera upside down and tried to first tell me that is the way the camera should be until I insisted something was wrong. He then realized the camera was installed incorrectly AFTER he had already drilled holes into the frame to mount the camera. He then had to change the location with new drilled holes. 3) when installed the radio, he didn't flush the radio and again tried to explain that it was installed correctly, only to have to redo the setting of the radio correctly. 4) Failed to reconnect the radio antenna causing him to come back and connect the antenna. 5) Literally broke the dash console when prying it up to reconnect the wires to the radio. As I am sitting right there, I witness him break the console but he denied doing so and said it was like that prior to him working on the job. This was clearly dishonest and I know my truck and knew it had not been broken and that I had witnessed first hand him breaking the console. I had to purchase a whole new console which cost me money. 6) failed to reset airbag light after he removed the console and claimed that the airbag light was on before he started working on the vehicle. Again, this was NOT true. Because of the above and lack of ANY responsibility for anything, I wouldn't recommend him for anything.

We messaged/emailed a couple of DJs and Mike (the only one) asked if we could have a short call to talk through what we wanted. Literally 30 seconds into the conversation, I knew we found the right person. Mike was so calm, so organized, he took our all over the place thoughts, organized them, AND fit them all together despite them being multiple genres and age groups.... Mike was the consummate professional and kept in contact with us up to the day, showed up two hours early for setup and sound check, and also was incredibly approachable for anyone that wanted to hear ANYTHING else on the playlist. Mike gave us music, lights, shout outs, and we made several obligatory speeches. Mike handled everything sound related, kept us organized, and kept people moving for the entire party. If you skipped all of the above - hire Mike. It will be set it and forget it. He did an incredible, ultra professional job and people were dancing all night. You can literally her him and not have to think about the music again until you are dancing at your party.
