The establishment is clean and whoever works the front desk has great customer service. Other than that, the actual manicure and pedicure is less than mediocre. I've been here numerous times for a manicure and pedicure and each time I'm disappointed in the quality. Keep in mind, this salon is a little bit pricier than others in the area. This week's visit was my last one because I kept telling my nail tech he was hurting me when cutting my cuticles and when I pulled my hand back, he pulled my hand back towards him and continued to cut into my cuticles. My manicure also has those annoying bubbles in it and the paint job is not even. Also, I get that we're all over covid and having to wear a mask (our citizen rights, blah blah) and considering the least we can do is wear a mask to stop the spread, I was APPALLED at the lack of social distancing and the number of women boldly walking in and getting pampered without their masks on, with no enforcement by employees. read more

The kids manicure and pedicure was the best one Ive ever seen a place do for my child. She got her own little chair with a complimentary drink. Super clean and large enough so you are not waiting long for service. They also have a bar that you and your girl friends can have a girls day at the spa with wine. I love the little area for girls. This place is wonderful! I took my 2 daughters ages 4 & 6 here after our usual spot had a long wait. I must say after they did a great job on both my dip nails and gel pedicure as well as my girls' mani-pedis. I usually leave a nail salon with something that bugs me about my nails. Not this time, I left happier than I've left a nail salon in a very long time. Alan is amazing and the ladies who did my daughters' nails were equally good! They've definitely earned my business! I visited this salon because I recently moved and this one is close to me. I hoped for it to be my new go to salon buuuuuut it's not! I visited this salons on 9/28/21 for a shellac pedicure & dip full set. The staff is nice & the environment. I had a photo of the colors I wanted for the dip. It was 3 colors and the tech that helped me acted so overwhelmed and was showing me colors that was not even close to what I wanted. I wasn't expecting the exact colors but it's so frustrating when they don't want to take the time to help you find the right colors & then they make you feel uncomfy about it. This resulted in me just picked two colors I just found on my own. Next, I know it's common for the employees to do your services at the same time & this was my first time for this. Relaxing is a huge part of a pedicure & I couldn't because I was all twisted & in awkward positions for my hands to be worked on the entire time. I was never offered any kind of refreshers by either technicians. The pedicure wasn't great. I got the classic but I don't feel like that should make the service itself subpar. The guy was REALLY digging into my toe for an ingrown, he said. But my toe hurt for days & I don't think they're licensed to handle an ingrown. Which, I've never ever had any pain or signs of an ingrown before this service. I get pedicures regularly! The guy kept slapping the top of my foot when he wanted me to move it somewhere or adjust it. Obviously not hard but not a gentle tap either. Like & slap. The shellac itself turned out great! It's just the pain afterwards & then the half hearted work on the massage & scrubbing of my feet that I wasn't happy with. The dip turned out ok. I asked for a maroon & a rose gold. The rose gold is more of a pink glitter & there were not enough coats. It's see through as heck. Within three days, my hair was already catching on the backs of the nails. I had to pay $100 for these services to be uncomfortable the entire time. I didn't revisit the salon because I was uncomfortable the first time, I can't imagine how I'd feel confronting them of the work I wasn't happy with. That's always awkward. read more

Pedicure was subpar this lady (believe to be owner/manager) was more or less petting, caressing or what ever for 3.5 minutes. ... nail technician was very sweet and very refreshing. She did indeed break my nail. So I had to cut them all down. Not to worried about that as it will grow back but it was a (really) moment. I asked for the color merlot or maroon for both my feet and hands. I got cardinal red on my toes and scarlet on my hands. Very disappointing but this was my first time here and my nail technician at my home salon was on vacation. So moral of story I would not recommend this place for pedicure but if your nail technician has called out I would say wait if you can but if not just be like me and say (Its only 2 weeks it will have to do) read more

I HATE trying new salons butt normal lady was busy and I was on this side of town for work. I came in, they were super polite and got me in right away. Long story short, Mindy and the manager (I'm assuming she was) we're so great! I was undecided on what I wanted and changed ny mind multiple times during the process. At one point when she added th nails on, I realize me it was too short for my liking and let her know (even after she checked in with me after the first one) it was no issue! She said okay and immediately started removing the nails she just glued on. No issue at all. She took her time and gave me exactly what I wanted and the manager brought over a multitude of options because I wanted something Christmas. So, I'll start by saying the quality is great. My nails always look great when I leave here. However, they always sneak in additional fees. The last time I went, I came in with coffin shaped nails and asked to keep it that way. Not only did they charge me for the shape (which, like I said, was done by the salon before them) but they also charged me twice the price that was quoted for shellac. Ended up paying $100 for a damn refill with shellac and a pedi. Way overpriced. Also, they have a huge bar in the middle of the salon BUT don't have a liquor license. So, if you try to order a "grey goose & water" they will say they can't pour you one as they don't have a license for it. Why have a huge bar with bottles of high end liquor displayed then?? read more

Seriously extremely disappointed. Will never return! First, I received a text from QB lounge for 20% off a $100 gift cert. I go there, thinking, "if they want me to use it later, I'll just come back tomorrow." I told the man at the desk that I wanted to buy one for 20% off. He did not know about the promotion, but said he would honor it. So, cool...I'll get to use it today. Then he whisked me back to the back and I got a full set from a woman. I had the man do a regular polish change on my toes (no pedicure), he took off my shellac on my toes. So, nails were ok, definitely not great, and I get to the front to pay for my gift certificate (I knew I would have some $$ left over, so I thought I'd come back.) The owner came to the front and notified me NO, I cannot use the gift cert today. I told her I would never have had my nails done today, and the gentleman didn't know. Didn't know?!? Ok, a representative of your salon said I could! What the hell happened to customer service?!? AND, I walked out paying $64 for a full set and paint on my toes. This is the result TWO days later. This was my first time coming here and it seems like a really nice place if you have the right person I unfortunately didn't have a really good person he was just rushing and didn't seem to care and when he did my feet he set a timer to massage my feet which I found weird cause no one else was doing that and I went with my grandma and she had her feet in the water for like 15 mins waiting for someone to help her. Avoid this place at all costs if you can!!! My best friend and I came here about 2 weeks ago looking to our nails done. I ended up getting the powder with the gel on the top and she went with the dip powder. My service was a refill yet my nail tech didn't even smooth my nails out with the refilled powder so they were uneven and super lumpy. Not to mention she put the powder over my cuticles. My best friend also had horrible nails when she was finished. She said her guy put too many coats of the dipping powder on then he tried to go back and fix it because he knew he messed up and made it worse. The manager/ receptionist was super annoying the whole time during our services as she kept going back and forth between the too of us hounding us the go on Facebook and leave them good reviews...lol not happening. The lady at the front kept saying if anything didn't go well to please notify, but the technician kept sweeping near cashier to maybe wait for tip Or something at the end. Let me just tell you "worst pedicure ever" Do yourself a favor and don't get a pedicure by the owners brother- I unfortunately didn't get a name but he is a short guy that wore a track suit. First water was super hot and I notified him, he "adjusted" said ok out your foot back in...I said no it's still hot...no biggie. Never have I gotten a pedicure where I got hurt so many times or even at all. I kept telling him you are hurting me. I was so frustrated at this point after telling him 3 times, he was rough I felt like he didn't want to touch my foot lol- I don't know but it just seemed like this was his first pedicure ever. Ouch! Finally get to the scrubby part on the bottom of your foot. He kept saying relax. Relax, but the scrub kept touching my ankles?! I paid for a more expensive pedicure ever to get a relaxing experience, I about almost asked for him to get me someone else to do my pedicure. Towards the end he started trying to talk I'm guessing to ensure he got a good tip (the other techs talked more to me than he did, he just kept talking foreign to other techs, ok...) Ownership nice, that tech does not need to be doing pedicures- if ownership does not want reviews like this do yourself a favor and have him do something else!! I paid for the deluxe pedicure because I wanted the extra spa-ish treatment (foot massage). It was so lame, a foot rub really. Start to finish 25 minutes. AND she cut my toe, it bleed until she put the polish on and that stung! HER response "you'll feel better later"!!
