The owner, Jeremy, is a sports physiologist, and the staff also includes a physical therapist, massage therapist, stretch instructor, and a movement specialist. You can book one-on-one sessions with the professionals, and the lab also has a large self-recovery area with devices from the leading companies in athlete recovery. I tested out the NormaTec Recovery Boots. The Athlete Recovery Lab is one of the only places in South Carolina where you can try out the recovery boots, which are normally seen at marathon or triathlon expos. I wore the boots for about 45 minutes and almost fell asleep! When I got up, I felt like I had a sports massage, and my run the next day was great.

They do most things in office, so I don't have to go somewhere else to have anything done and then make another appointment to return to discuss it. The xrays come out quickly and there was very little down time in between taking them and seeing the doctor to discuss it. I would recommend this facility to anybody looking for othopedic care.
