Hopefully, this has since changed. Because of this, it has been impossible to determine when the correct hours are for scheduling an appointment or to pick up a product. As an example, I took off work two different days and went during their normal advertised working hours to pick up a very specific product, they were closed. On several other occasions, I called and attempted to make an appointment but no one answered the phone and I never was able to schedule an appointment. I believe I also left a voicemail. Due to the shortened and unclear hours, I have been forced to look for another dermatologist that has more reliable hours. I just can't keep on going out of way to try and call and figure out when they are open or when they closed early due to limited staffing, etc.

Not giving my doctor time to ask me permission & pressured me into saying yes to all his students. He had no knowledge of my history & proceeded to try to sell me on acne treatments when my current treatment had nothing to do with acne. I was polite despite the awkward situation he created. I no longer am a patient there. I usually have good experience here but after that, I'm not going back. My docs were amazing to work with though, wish I was able to rate them officially on their site but the emails I got to review my experiences were addressed to other doctors I never worked with- that needs fixing, don't know how that happened there.
