I've been on Android & Samsung for 13 years never having had an issue other than loss. So when my S24 Ultra USB-C Port got loose I was thinking of just upgrading, but having lost some key features when they released the S25 Ultra I decided to repair. Phone was at 15% and was taking 3 hrs to charge via wireless and I needed my phone for work the next day (4PM thursday). I called ahead and they said $125 without knowing what model/brand. Showed up and James quoted hour and a half which was perfect as they closed at 7 and had the port in stock. They can sure fix the easy stuff, but when I asked about cases and accessories they pretty much only carry Iphone and the latest models from other brands S24 Ultra is a flagship phone. Service was great, but my screen protector was bubbled from when they removed the glass. Not a big deal, but I wish they had my brand/model for a replacement. While i was browsing I heard James interacting with another customer which gave me pause as he didn't seem to have any sympathy for them wanting to save an old phone which had pictures that were priceless to them. Loss of a star for that. Haven't had any issues since and I'll likely return if I ever have need for repair not through my insurance.

I agreed to pay some $$ for a diagnosis even though it wasn't requested when I dropped the phone. I told the repair man to charge me for a broken screen anyways if the phone was still useable. 2 hours after dropping the phone, I received a text saying that my old phone was ready, it has full access and charges well. They charged $129.99+tax for replacing it with a non-Apple battery while (i found out later) Apple only charged $99.99 Apple also provides 1 year warranty vs the shop's 30 days. The 'new' battery while performs better than my old one, it's not quite up to my expectations as one charge is good for around 12 hours (on energy saving mode). One more thing, when checked out, they solicited tips for their work which I turned down but nonetheless left a bad taste in my mouth.

Right after getting the phone back the screen is not even properly installed and the edges are not sealed or glued correctly, I get a "Display Not Recognized" message which means a non-genuine or improperly installed screen was used, and now the camera is glitching badly even though that was not an issue before the repair. For the price I paid the phone should have been returned in fully working condition but instead it came back with new problems and poor workmanship. I trusted this shop with a major repair and expected professional work and at minimum everything should function correctly when returned. Based on this experience I would not recommend this place and $425 for this level of work is unacceptable. was told the screen was "blue" it's a purple tint with blue in person .
