I paid $423.64 when I was quoted $395 for a motherboard, screen, and battery repair, after he had told me he was going to "discount" me on the parts. and waited 2 weeks to get my phone back and this was honestly one of the worst repair experiences I've had. Right after getting the phone back the screen is not even properly installed and the edges are not sealed or glued correctly, I get a "Display Not Recognized" message which means a non-genuine or improperly installed screen was used, and now the camera is glitching badly even though that was not an issue before the repair. For the price I paid the phone should have been returned in fully working condition but instead it came back with new problems and poor workmanship. I trusted this shop with a major repair and expected professional work and at minimum everything should function correctly when returned. Based on this experience I would not recommend this place and $425 for this level of work is unacceptable. was told the screen was "blue" it's a purple tint with blue in person . Was getting a battery replacement as a gift for my dad. Insulted for coming in on a Sunday (because it's the Lord's day). When I come to pick up the phone, he tells me to show my ID for using my credit card, because he "doesn't trust me". Messed the corner of the screen up in the process and face ID did not work anymore. On top of that, he didn't use an official battery (which was never disclosed to us), so we couldn't see the battery health in the iPhone settings. Got a refund, but I'd advise staying away from this place. Disrespect, complimented with cheap, crummy service. Only thing it did was mess up my father's phone. And like many others have expressed, the only reason they have such good reviews is because they pressure you into leaving one when you're headed out the door. Warning I would highly suggest that you do not use this business. They are not doing quality repairs, not giving complete information about the damage, and do not stand behind their work. A couple of months ago my brother took my son in here to get the screen replaced on his iPhone because he had cracked it. We had insurance through our phone carrier but the deductible was $175 vs the repair which was $120. After being quoted for the repair my went ahead with the repair. Once the repair was done my son noticed the faceID was not working. Apparently the gentleman was aware of this and said that he saw that the part needed to be soldered and that couldn't fix it himself that he would need to send it off to someone else he worked with to get it done. He told my them to bring the phone back when we could be without it for a few days so it could be sent off. After getting back home we also noticed that the camera was not working properly. When we took the phone back to him to have it sent off for the soldering he told us it would be an additional $150. That was not originally mentioned. We would have never done the repair with him if it had been as it would have been cheaper to go through insurance. We also found out the the camera lense was cracked and that is why it was working properly. If he had told us about any of these problems we would not have gotten the repair done. His business tactics are dishonest at a minimum. I wish the problems ended there but they did not. Being that we had already paid for the repair and the phone was working with the exception of the zoom lense on the camera and the faceID my son kept using it. About a week ago the screen began to glitch and was not responding to touch in certain places. I didn't have time to take In right away so my son continued to use it as much as he could. A couple days ago my son was sitting on the floor in our living room. He went to set the phone down on the floor face down and he dropped it from just a few inches above the wood floor. This was a gentle drop that should not have caused any damage especially because there was a case on the phone. When my son went to pick the phone up the back of the phone lifted up while the screen stayed on the floor. There was a plastic ribbon that connected the two pieces that broke as the back was lifted away from the front. Exhausted with these phone problems I went to Apple to see about repair directly through them. I was told that the gentleman used aftermarket parts and so out insurance would no longer cover this. In addition they said it was clear the repair had not been done properly because there is supposed to be an adhesive that goes around the edge of the screen that secures it to the back part of the phone, and there was clearly no adhesive used in the repair. After learning this we went back to this business and the gentleman refused to acknowledge the repair was not done properly, he claiming that because my son had "dropped it" that he would not warranty the repair. The screen was not cracked, there was no further damage to the phone, the problem was specific to the screen separation which should have never happened. In addition to this when we had the repair done originally my son bought a pair of corded headphones that had the Apple charger attachment. When we got home and he tried to use them they never worked. My son paid $25 cash for them and was not offered a receipt. We tried to ask him to exchange the clearly unused headphones and he refused asking if we had a receipt. He knew he didn't give us a receipt or even offer one. This guy is a crook. Not only did he take our money but he withheld important information one repairs needed so that we would use his business instead of going through our insurance. In the process he cost us even more because we can no longer use the insurance to rectify this problem because he used aftermarket parts. We are now forced to replace the phone at a much steeper cost. read more

Place sucks, I specifically asked for my battery to be fixed/replaced. The first thing I mentioned Was my battery. i Was told my phone would have been fixed by 2-3 days, it was not it took 2 weeks and a half. The day approaches where I pick up my phone and all that was done was the back glass & the battery is still exploded. Then I ask why didn't he fix/replace the battery. He goes to say we never talked about the battery. Barely could understand a lick of English. He also gave me a "free" screen protector and phone case. afterwords tried to up charge me $15. I wish there was an option for "negative stars" on Yelp because this place would DEFINITELY get one!!! Less than a month ago I asked them if they had an iPhone 6 white for sale, they told me all these different prices for almost a week until I finally went there and got the phone. Earlier I had a review that this place was good, since they were much cheaper than competition. I had a screen replaced and it was fine for a few weeks everything normal. Suddenly the phone screen just starts looping and another person in the store at the same time had the same problem. I asked them to take a look and see if it was due to faulty parts, the guy said he'd check it out, then tried to charge me over $100 so that I could get it back (I of course refused)! Also they replaced my battery with a non apple battery, despite my phone not having any battery issues before, just the screen. It literally started shutting off at 75% charge. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in there to get a broken screen fixed and I was charged $145. He originally said it was $125 and claimed the rest was tax AFTER he fixed it but $20 tax ? Also how are you going to tell me the entire total after you fixed it already. My screen protector wasn't even on all the way and had massive bubbles. Not to mention they broke my original face ID and my phone was glitching like crazy and now I'm unable to use it. They didn't even tell me it was them who broke my original apple face ID detector and replaced it with a fake one. I ended up finding out from a another repair shop. Mustafa was the one who worked on my phone when I later found out he wasn't even an actual technician ! He was just an owner who has little experience working on phones. If I could give zero I would. This place used to be in Oceanside on coast hwy-- they moved to East Vista. I called and said I was leaving right then and asked if someone could do the repair. The guy said "yes of course come now." I drive the 20 min (they were referred to me and a referral was important to me) and the open sign is on the door, no one inside. I called no less than 12 times... the business van was parked in the parking lot, too. Nothing... I wasted 40 min ... then I found out what he said the problem was with my phone isn't even the issue... and it's covered by apple. read more
