I recently used them to replace an iphone battery. They were quick in their service and did a competent job. However, they ripped me off. They charged $129.99+tax for replacing it with a non-Apple battery while (i found out later) Apple only charged $99.99 Apple also provides 1 year warranty vs the shop's 30 days. The 'new' battery while performs better than my old one, it's not quite up to my expectations as one charge is good for around 12 hours (on energy saving mode). One more thing, when checked out, they solicited tips for their work which I turned down but nonetheless left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

Always the absolute best service. The human touch is always there. The techs really know what they are talking about and, after nearly a decade of using their services, I just do whatever they tell me to do. I have only had to take something back once. And when I did, it turned out that it wasn't their fault, but was from faulty parts. They never said any form of "it isn't our fault". They just fixed it and apologized for the inconvenience. Went in for a Lenovo Thinkpad with a battery charging issue. Thought they fixed it, but it started acting up again so I brought it back. Note they had to send it out for repair and it took over a month to diagnose. Aaron was knowledgeable and fair. They weren't able to fix my issue and didn't charge me, they even refunded me what I originally paid the first time. Not their fault - more of a Lenovo problem, but Lenovo wasn't helpful at all. I did call around and what Repair Lounge tried to do to fix the charging issue and what they said would fix it (get a new motherboard) was confirmed by other tech. Repair Lounge is super busy all the time. I had to call each time for an update and sometimes the update would be, nothing was done yet. Courtney was nice and always called back as promised. Other than that, I would recommend them. They seem to do a lot of iphone and phone screen repairs. read more

So family friends of mine and I have came here for small to heavy sized repairs in the past. I visited in the past, mainly to get my charging port cleaned out due to lint buildup, and every time I came in, there was always two men or so here that would do it with no hesitation and would do it free of charge since the "labor" wasn't much at all. Today, at around 12:05-12:15 PM, I came in and this time, was greeted by a woman instead (didn't get her name). I told her about lint buildup and that my phone wasn't charging with certain chargers. Instead, she decided to test out my phone's charging power and she said herself "so the charger snapped in place, but from my end, it's a low charge." She then goes on to say that most phones with this issue is due to the charging port wearing out and instead said I should stick to using my phone as is until I need to repair and swap out my whole charging port, which will cost me $150 (her quoted price). I was a bit taken back by her input, since as someone who owned several devices in my time, I have NEVER ever needed to replace a whole charging port on my phone. In fact, I've never even needed to replace my phone screen on any of the devices I've owned in the past. So the way she discussed the situation to me, sounded like a salesperson at a car dealership, made it seem like as if I know nothing about how car sales and the process works, except with phones. Her input basically insinuated that I either don't take care of my device like many others, or I aggressively jab my charger into the port and "you'll eventually need to replace it." I ended up asking if she could still take out the lint that was in the charging port of my phone (since I'm fully aware of when there IS some affecting my charging), and she said she could but it would've been $25 for the service. I don't think it's fair to charge so much, when previous members would charge close to or nothing, for a simple cleaning that took them less than 10 seconds. I understand there's normal charge for labor, but the most she would've needed to do is use a singular tool and pull out the lint, as I've observed from the past in this very shop. Let's not act like inflation is affecting our limbs now at this point, price increases on everything else is already bad enough as is. The most helpful parts of this conversation was when she recommended to not do anything that I would be charged for at the moment or to switch to using my phone's wireless charging feature instead. I will say, her attitude was great. She wasn't mean, she wasn't specifically rude at all, but she definitely was making certain assumptions about me as a phone user, instead of taking my word on something that could've be taken care of in less time that this interaction took. For any that visit in the future, use some caution when accepting their inputs on your experiences/situations. read more

This place is great. I've been in their place several times describing the tech problems w my computer, iPads, etc (but didn't have them w me). The staff is very friendly and informative about what might be the problem. Today I finally brought in my Lenovo computer to leave w them, and hoping the cost wouldn't be too much. After demonstrating the problem (that's frustrated me for a year!) she played with the server's settings and fixed the problem in one minute! Even so, I wanted to give her something ($) and asked what do I owe you but she just smiled and said "no charge, catch you next time". If I could give 0 stars I would. I got my screen replaced less than 24 hours ago, and it cracked while in my purse, didn't hit it, drop it or anything. I spent $200 to be given a cheap screen. I called the manager and he showed 0 empathy, regardless of how much I paid or that I just left the shop. Extremely unprofessional and he said he can give me a deal for $99, which is the normal price for a screen replacement. He said I have a "warranty" that doesn't cover cracked screens, make that make sense. Don't go here, it's cheap material for an unreasonable price. I was better off buying a new iPhone. read more
