**- Please note this is my review originally on another site; however I stand by my statements. -**…read more Oh boy...I called this company almost a week prior to schedule a time to do a moving-out cleaning for an apartment I had been living in. We agreed on prices and a time, she told me this worked for her schedule. I called her on the morning of the agreed on date, three hours before the time she told me she would arrive, to confirm this still worked for her schedule. She told me it did and she would arrive at the time we agreed upon during our initial call, I thanked her and informed her I would have her payment prepared. Here is where it all goes South: 30 minutes pass when she told me she would arrive; that soon becomes 45 minutes; then an 1 hour; and then 2 hours. During this absence, I call her multiple times trying to understand what is going on, they all conveniently go to voicemail. I finally leave one more voicemail expressing my disappointment to her and how this has disrupted my plans, as well as the landlord's plans (he wanted this cleaned out so he could put ads to start finding a new tenant.) During this whole absence, I never once receive a call simply apologizing or even just giving a reason for why she didn't come - once again, this was all scheduled and agreed almost a week prior! I cannot recommend service that 1) says they can do something and then fail to deliver. 2) Cannot effectively manage their own time and will not arrive on an agreed-upon time. 3) show no sign of responsibility or respect to other people by simple, effective communication if unable to show up. Summary: I am sure the owner of this business believes this was no big deal, but other people's plans were disrupted due to her gross irresponsibility. I was left looking like a fool and had to do the best I could to clean up the apartment, and my landlord now has to pay someone to come and do a more thorough job - this cost him time and money as well! There is really no room for excuse when all of this was agreed upon almost a week prior, and then you corroborate you will show on the day it was agreed upon to show up. It gets even worse when you don't respond or provide reasons for why you lied. Even just explaining that other issues had arised would've been understood and accepted. It also is a sign that the work being paid for is probably not going to be done in an effective or proper manner. My final point is that it is really telling when another company sympathized enough with me to come after hours to clean the apartment (unfortunately it was too late in the night for either myself or the landlord to stay to have job completed. Don't make the mistake I did, find another cleaning business!

Appointment was set up, and a team of 2 ladies showed up on time with their equipment. We went through the house to confirm what I was expecting from them, and how they will proceed. I was impressed by their dedication to detail, and none of their products left any smell in the house. They brought back-up to do all the windows, inside, outside, screens and blinds. They worked methodically, from ceiling to floor, and asked me to check on the job done inside the house before doing the outside. I was very pleased with the service, ladies were discreet, didn't spend their time talking to each other, emptied the trash cans when leaving. I will definitely recommend Fresh & Clean SB!
