Great place to Eat. This is one of the over 750 restaurants in the chain that is headquartered in San Diego, Ca. I have been to many of their locations in many different states. This one is located off the north side of WV 19 (aka N Eisenhower Drive). The road is a busy road but it is easy to get to this place. It is in a strip center behind a row of fast-food restaurants. It is located on the corner of the center closest to the road. There is plenty of parking in front of the location. This was our first visit to this location but it is very similar in style, quality, and service to their other restaurants. It is very similar to Chipotle in that you order at one side of a line and follow your meal through the line to completion adding items that you want as you move down the line. They serve bowls and burritos with beans, rice, and meats. Their ingredients are fresh and I have always gotten a good meal. This time was no exception. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was clean. I ordered a chicken bowl. The price was reasonable and it was prepared fresh. We chose to eat in the dining room. It was clean and light. Sucked! The guy that took my order was nice. They told me I had to wait 5 minutes for my order which was 15. I received my food. Tasted bland and was cold. That would have been ok if they hadn't told me they were cooking the food is the reason it took the 15 minutes won't be back and won't recommend it to any friend. read more

I'm not one to rave about Qdoba; food is overpriced, chips are overtly salty, and it looks healthier than it is. But this Qdoba location actually impressed me. The location is clean, well maintained, and convenient to get to. They got a sizeable indoor area with a smaller outdoor seating. Staff is friendly and great at working fast. The food actually tasted good and the chips had the right subtle hint of salt and lime. The portion also fit the price.......I didn't leave hungry or feel like they skimped on anything. read more

I'd never visited a Qdoba before, and traveling with a family of 6 for 8 hours could make anyone work up an appetite! We were looking for somewhere quick to stop for dinner--originally planning on trusty old Chickfila, but then we decided to try this place! If you've never been to a Qdoba (maybe you are traveling through like we were) it falls into the same family of restaurants as Moe's, Chipotle, and Willie's. It seems that they specialize in tacos rather than burritos. This location was very clean, the staff were very quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was fine. Most of our party ordered some variation of their specialty tacos, my personal favorite was the Two-Timer (it has pulled pork and 3-cheese queso) but the table-favorite seemed to be the Drunken Chicken taco (tequila-lime chicken, yum!). We also used their text message promotion to get a free order of chips and queso! Their 3-cheese queso is very chunky (think tomatoes and peppers mixed in) but it hit the spot. What really made this place stand out from other stores like this was the service! They accidentally didn't charge us for an order of tacos due to a misunderstanding about who was with our party, and when we went back up to the counter to pay for the missed order, the cashier just told us not to worry about it. I know that won't happen every time, but we really appreciated that and it made our experience here even better. I've been here about six times now so I have a good feel for the food and the service. The food is pretty good but the service is lacking. As far as the food is concerned, their burritos are good overall. Their steak and pulled pork are good, the chicken is so-so and the ground beef works if you're doing some nachos. They also have various queso cheese they can pour on your burrito or salad. Their guacamole is not nearly as good as Chipotle's. The service, is not so good. I'm pretty sure this is a newer restaurant (I could be wrong) and that may be why the service isn't very good. Despite having some friendly employees, the service here is usually slow and always inconsistent. I have gone in at times and gotten a perfectly crafted burrito stuffed with delicious ingredients in no time flat. Then there are times I have gone here and walked out with a round "burrito" with ingredients falling out that looks like someone dropped it on the floor. This place is an example of how good leadership trickles down to other employees. Every time I visit the food is fresh. Also I've come at 9:45pm, 15 minutes before close, and they insisted they make ingredients that they've run out of. Another time a new workers made a horrible burrito. I asked if someone else could re wrap it because it was poorly done. They gave a new one while letting me keep the other one as a make shift salad bowl. Maybe they are so polite because I come so often, but it seems like they treat everyone well that comes into the store. It is clear to me that although this is a chain they don't treat it like one. Ordered via Door Dash, which is a fantastic service to have locally in our rural area, and the food arrived warm and fast. That said, the order was a simple 3cheese nachos and 3 tacos tray. The "nachos" were a bowl of slop and beans, paired with a bag of "made in house" tortillas. The made in house tortillas appear to be the same tortilla chips that taco bell has in stock. I understand this is a chain restaurant, but when you advertise fresh food, I expect more than what appears to be thawed cuisine pushed out of a squeeze tube. The 3 taco plate was exactly that. 3 tiny flour tortillas with approximately 1 tablespoon of ground beef (processed) with a pinch of yellow cheese product shreds and a few bits of iceberg lettuce. The sour cream was absent. After eating all three of these finger food child sized tacos, I was still hungry. The price of these two 'meals' could've paid for an actual dinner at our local Mexican place, drinks and sides plus chips and salsa included. Very unhappy, will not be ordering again...we thought we were ordering fresh food, not McDonald's disguised as mexican. Taco Bell would've been a better option. read more
