My friend and I ate here, we both ordered burritos. He ordered a chicken burrito & I ordered a beef burrito. He spent $12.00 on a burrito and it was tiny, he left hungry & disappointed. My beef burrito was being made and the employee practically had a stroke when he put the beef in the burrito, he was paralyzed with fear that some beef might fall from the spoon into the beef burrito. So after 2 teaspoons of beef fell in we added the remaining ingredients & paid the next $12.00. So this is the first & LAST time I will eat at or from QDOBA. The food tasted terrible, the employees had an attitude, & the Lemonaid tasted like sewer water. Bathroom was unkempt and unsanitary. I was especially disappointed in both the ingredients & terrible flavor of the food. I do hope poor poor Qdoba has recovered financially from the teaspoon of beef that accidently fell into my beef burrito. read more

Next employee came to start an order, figured it was my turn and then he started on more delivery orders. 3 employees there and all working on delivery orders. I left. I've had Qdoba a few times through lunch catering at work, but I'd never actually visited one in person--mostly because I've always been a Chipotle fan. However, after moving to Wisconsin, I noticed that people here seem to prefer Qdoba, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the habanero lime steak bowl and was pleasantly surprised to learn that guacamole is included--and they even gave me two scoops, which made me very happy. I also got queso, which was also included in the price. Big win there! Ordering was quick and easy. There weren't many people at this location when I visited, and the setup is very similar to Chipotle. The staff were friendly, the meal was affordable, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. I ended up signing up for their rewards program as well--they offer free chips and queso on certain occasions which is a nice perk. I'll definitely be back! read more

Came in on Valentine's Day for their bogo deal. I didn't know that they don't charge extra for Guac or queso, which is a nice surprise. The employees were nice, fast, and very respectful. My burritos were rolled very well even though they were very full. The restaurant was clean and decorated with flower petals on the ground that I thought was a nice touch. read more

Im writing this review but it isn't for the branch in Mineral Point, we went to the one in Johnson Creek. I was so disappointed with the quality of my meal; it was bland nothing too memorable about it. Ive eaten at other restaurants with similar menus and the meals were so much better. But my main concern was the cleanliness of their serving counter, there was food spilled in between the food containers and on the food prep counter. Things were not better wiped off between changing out of food containers. You could see some items were being cross contaminated with the way they were serving and spilling food as they fill the bowls. Im not sure how long the restaurant has been opened but staff might need more training on cleanliness of food service stations and supervision. read more

You have to use the app if you are ordering from a mobile device, which is BS. You don't get to borg my phone because I order once quarterly. So I will no longer order carryout from here unless I can do it from my laptop. Which probably means I won't do it at all anymore. read more

Food is pretty good but not always the warmest. Service varies by staff member, some are quick and just want to get you through the assembly line and others help you put your order together taking the time to ask you what you would like. Extras are confusing; what can I really get on my burrito or taco? And staff aren't always the most helpful in letting you know about your options. We still enjoy coming here! This used to be my go to burrito place but I haven't been for years because I work close to a chipotle. I went at 3pm and the food did not look fresh. It was left uncovered even though there were no other customers. The customer service was ok. The burrito was huge and guacamole is included in the cost, so that's nice. Overall there is nothing about this place that would make me drive out of my way to go to. read more

Typical QDoba food in the Madison suburbs. Went for a late lunch around 1pm on a Monday and definitely avoided the lunch rush. Grabbed a veggie burrito bowl and added the ancho chile BBQ sauce. Dang! That sauce is good. I swear it would taste good on anything. Service was quick and mostly helpful. The guy that put the BBQ sauce on didn't seem to know what I was talking about (hard to believe when it's listed on the menu, right?), but otherwise my order went off without a hitch. Food: 3 stars. My 'naked' grilled veggie burrito tasted fresh and flavorful, but 'grilled veggies' was limited to zucchini and squash. Also the assembly line system makes for a very uneven burrito. My veggies and beans disappeared under huge scoops of guacamole and cheese. The selection of salsas, however, is great and is sure to satisfy everyone. Staff: 2 stars. Unfriendly and are obviously just there to get the job done. Atmosphere: 3 stars. Standard fast food setting. Lots of windows. I also received the wrong drink and all of my chips for my nachos tasted like they were burnt. It sort of reminds me of a subway version of mexican food but that said : it is no Taco Bell. I've always been a huge fan of their grilled veggie burritos , bean burritos and taco salads. I would have given this Qdoba 4 stars because the food, like all Qdobas, is good enough, fresh and consistent. However, I have given it 3 stars due to the fact that when I went into the bathroom to change my son's diaper there was no changing station. Seriously? I would understand if this were a fine dining establishment but it's Qdoba. Kids go to Qdoba all the time, they have a kid's menu for goodness sake.normally I would just put his changing mat on the floor and change hon there but the floor was grimey too, yuck! At the end of the day it's pretty expected for a fast-food place like Qdoba to have changing facilities for infants. How irritating! read more

I am not a big fan of beans, so I enjoy the Fajita Ranchero Burrito which is just rice, chicken or steak, peppers and onions, your choice of salsa, and cheese. Tonight's version was tasty for $7. The restaurant was a little chilly and nothing special about the service. I think this qdoba was great from start to finish as far as service. The first guy explained to me the new menu and was very helpful putting my order together. The manager Claudio was probably the best manager I've seen in a very long time, he was so friendly and even bought me some home made ice cream.
