Came in with my family while on a road trip. Due to dietary restrictions this is the easiest place for my family of four to eat. Let me tell you, across five state lines, this is the best chipotle I have stopped at. Right when we walked in employees were helpful, asking us questions and ready to make our food. Elizabeth asked us if we needed anything extra since we were feeding kids, so she helped us make a to taco kids meal work for our two daughters. She changed gloves to avoid cross contamination for their mild allergy to wheat (when getting corn tortillas), Patrick noticed the rice looked sub-par and went to make more for us while Abby and Elizabeth helped us finish our order. I went here for lunch and the burrito was very cold. I only ate half of it as the more I ate, the colder it got. I was here at 12:15pm. Prime lunch time and the steak, rice was cold to the touch. Don't think I will be back. read more

Good place for a quick bite. Almost no line when I walked in, although the restaurant was pretty busy at 6:00 for dinner. The restaurant was clean, and service was good. Overall, a typical QDOBA that doesn't disappoint the brand. read more

Never have I ever been so disrespected and disappointed in the service and the food. Spoke to employee with issues we had concerning our order. Told her entire order was cold and chips were soggy. Also there were no utensils to eat from. Asked If we could return food and have it made again to which she said "No, that how we make them and they were out here when they left." Explained that we always order the same thing and never have had an issue until now. She offered no solutions and tried to place all blame on driver. No interest or concern. I think they need a change of management because they're not training their employees. I ordered tacos with the impossible meat but I asked them first how much they were. I was quoted one price then when they got to the register it was a lot more expensive. Then to top it off she got very rude and said that's just the way it is. I really like Qdoba, definitely prefer it over Chipotle. I can't say much about everything they offer, but the bowls are always great and I freaking love their queso. I had some of their tacos once, they're not bad but I'll stick with the bowls in the future. It's pretty nice inside, and usually not too busy, at least it hasn't been when I've gone there. Staff does a good job, I've never had a problem with the ordering process, but I wouldn't say they're friendly, per se. But I get it, they're not working for tips or trying to make friends. read more

I ordered my food on the app and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes so I had finished my Saturday shopping and went to pick it up. When I walked in 20 minutes later they were not busy at all just a couple customers. I waited till the cashier was finished ringing up a customer and asked for my to go order and she replied they hadn't made it yet. I was frustrated bc I had given them an extra 5 minutes and it was still not ready. Then they had to finish the few customers orders that were in line before they even began to make my order. I then had to wait another 20 minutes before they finished my order. I came in expecting to just pick up my food and leave but I had to wait 20 minutes for them to finish with the customers in front of me and then make mine. I am very disappointed in the workers. Not one of them apologized for the wait either. On the upside the food is always good but the customer service is not. read more

I definitely prefer QDOBA over chipotle since I think the food taste better and you aren't charged for guacamole. However the staff here is either a hit or miss. They can be nice on some days and on others they make it obvious you're an inconvenience to them. I still go here because my friends love to eat here and I'd recommend the brisket for anyone who is new to QDOBA. But I wouldn't go by myself however since the crew isn't always friendly. read more

Not a very good experience, food was "ok" got a burrito and was double charged. I showed them the receipt and request to fix the over charge. They were very polite but no one knew how to work the register to remove the charge from my card. The manager called the regional manager who explained over the phone how to do their job. First attempt didn't work, 2nd attempt I'm only hoping it worked. I have a feeling I paid 18.00 for a cold burrito because it took 15 minutes to fix the problem. What bother me the most was that the employee working the register blamed the register for the problem. This QDOBA beats the hell out of the Junction City location. Like a Mexican wrestler doing its thing it slammed its opponent hardcore. Flavor=off the chain. Portions= mind blowing. We came at the lunch rush and didn't wait long at all even though the place was packed. My mom and I ordered the loaded tortilla soup and really enjoyed it. We both like tortilla soup but they added pulled pork and chicken which made it pretty hardy. The customer service was great and the manager stopped by to check how everything was. Very disappointing especially since Qdoba is an ideal place to go eat fast food. The first server who fixed my tortillas for my tacos was friendly and polite and the next server who placed my toppings on hardly listened to what I wanted on my tacos. He sloppily threw on the toppings and forgot 3 things. Then he didn't drain the Pico De Gallo before putting on and this runny brown mess ran down my tacos which was super gross. The manager told him that he was supposed to drain the beans and pico before serving them and he just grunted in response. Then they were so soggy and stuck to my plate yuck, so we asked the polite young sever to give us some tortillas to double wrap the tacos and she very kindly did so. Then the tacos were decent. Please better train whoever was working night shift March 17th 2021. Kid got frustrated for unknown reason while making burrito and just gave up and went to hide in the back. Didn't end up getting second burrito I wanted that was abandoned. Woman working didn't greet when I walked in and acted clueless as to what was going on during ordering. Total communication breakdown. I understand working during Covid is awful, but please have some semblance of customer service. Other times, during the day I've visited have been fine. I am 6 months pregnant and struggle with eating. I went to the store and they refused to make my nachos with chips on the side. The girl working was extremely rude about it. I CANNOT eat soggy chips right now they make me sick and before I was done half of the chips were soaked. I left in tears. Stopped in for quick bite at lunch, because I was running errands and needed to get back to work I didn't have a lot of time left. Had never been there before and had a burrito made up. It was quite large and extremely expensive, over nine dollars. The burrito was very good but the same size that I get it ponchos for five dollars. For the cost difference I would rather go to ponchos every time. I have never been back and don't think I will but the food was good and that's the reason for the three stars. My guess is that everybody else thinks it's expensive for what you get also and that's why there are never any lines. read more
