Where do I begin. First, we placed 4 different orders online. My job requires that a certain amount of people man the facility at all times. Therefore, we sent one person to collect all four orders. Upon his return 3 out of the 4 orders were wrong. One person ordered nachos and did not receive chips. Second person ordered chips and guac, he happened to be the one picking up the order and had to tell them about the missing items. I ordered a taco salad and was the dressing and salsa that I requested be put on the side was missing. In my entire taco salad, I had MAYBE 5 pieces of chicken. Additionally, my taco salad was labelled as my coworkers order. And her order (nachos) was labeled as my taco salad...overall, it was a huge disappointment. While on a road trip from Kansas City Kansas to Atlanta Georgia, this has typically been a popular stop along the way. However last Friday, August 7 at 7:30 PM, I can officially say we will no longer stop at this location. It was filthy, the restroom appeared as though no one had paid any attention in several hours.When we walked in there was only one couple paying for their meal, I waited for my other party and watched while at least 5 crewmembers were "preparing" to go orders, no one looked up at us no one asked us if we needed any help. When my mother went to the counter to pay for what she thought I had already ordered she was told "Pay for what? Oh she didn't order anything". But to that effect they did not assist her. As we stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge us, I viewed the food prep area. Appetite LOST. Between the flies buzzing about and the young lady scrapping the edges of the containers to squeeze out 1 more helping, it was then we decided to get back on the HWY and drive the 2 hours to the Qdoba location on Hinkleville Rd in Paducah KY. Seriously how bad does a restaurant have to be for you to say I don't want anything else on this exit, get me out of the city completely. read more

I had the vegetarian black bean burrito with peppers, guacamole, cilantro, sour cream and Habanero sauce. It was very good, much better and possible healthier than other alternatives. Added Lime and my favorite sauce of all Cholulu from the condiment section. I really like their burrito, but a buritto and soda was more than $10. and it was vegetarian without cheese sauce to boot. I am not sure that I like it better than crazy bowls and wraps across the parking lot. For $10 there you also get the entree, soda, and chips and awesome salsa bar. They really need to either rethink their offerings, or their pricing structure, because until then, it is CBW for me! This has been reflected by not coming here since my last free burrito on my birthday... They do have a rewards program. Unfortunately, I misplaced my card? Doh. I would also, agree that this Qdobas seems in more need of bussing than others. I came in at 7pm, and they had 3 workers. Couldn't some one clean the dininig area? Oh Qdoba, I do love those giant burritos so. There is not much I can say about Qdoba that you will not already know. They are known for their giant burritos like another chain restaurant, but they have more than just burritos. They have a Mexican Gumbo that is very tasty as well as tacos, quesidillas and nachos. For me what sets Qdoba apart is their fiery habanero salsa. It is a spicey salsa, but it's not hot for the sake of being hot, the taste of the habanero is great and I normally ask for a second helping of the salsa on whatever I get. As usual the staff was friendly and courteous and a few minutes after entered the store I was walking out with a giant burrito on my way home to enjoy the tasty goodness of the chicken queso burrito. read more

I finally had a chance to try Qdoba. I'll preface this by letting you all know I am a Chipotle addict. So... I got the chicken queso burrito. Rice and black beans were similar to C. The chicken was good but not as good as C and in general it looked to me like the meats were higher quality and fresher at C. Lots of sauces to choose from, I got pico, the one with corn, and the "next to hottest" - they were all good. Guac, sour cream, and cheese all good. The queso sauce was really tasty and I enjoyed it but I also know it pumped up the fat/calorie content (which is already high enough in burritos like these). I have to say overall I really liked it pretty much as much as C except the meat quality. I will definitely go back bc it is closer than C but if given the choice... it's still C. Oh, chips were good - had a good flavor and I think I do like them better than C's bc C's have gotten super salty in the last couple years. read more

Now, before I address the food, let me address a "problem" with the price. I do not mind paying $10 for an overstuffed burrito that can fill me up (and I'm a pretty big guy.) So, if you don't mind paying $10 for a large burrito, then go ahead and hit this place up. Now the food. And let me tell you. I have never tasted a better burrito (Heck, I think this is better than Chipotle). The burrito is made right in front of you. As you go along the line, you can put what you want on it and watch the burrito get bigger and fatter. Its's amazing how they're able to wrap something that big up in aluminum foil. Now, among the burrito, you can get nachos or chips and salsa, but in my opinion, if you want to come to Qdoba, come for the burritos! Worth the money and your belly. read more

I placed an order for curbside pickup and when I got to the store I called the number listed in the confirmation email. I called it 3 times because there was no answer. I made my son put on his mask and help his sister out of her carseat and went and waited in a relatively short line. There was one order in front of me. I mentioned I had placed a curbside pick up order and when I called no one answer you could hear the crickets. No apology, nothing. The young woman behind the register asked for my name and showed me where my food was. I told her an apology for not answering the phone would be nice. "Oh, we don't know where it is.", was her reply. "What do you mean you don't know where it is?" "It's somewhere in the back. We don't know where." Really? I saw 5 employees in the store and no one could be bothered to look for a ringing phone? I'm am deeply disappointed. What is the point of curbside pickup if I still have to go inside the restaurant. I love Qdoba because it's not around where I live, so I tend to stop when I see one. I stopped at this one and within 10 seconds I could see that it wouldn't be a pleasant experience. Made eye contact with the man at the register as I walked in, he had no customer in front of him and didn't even say Hi welcome to Qdoba, just stared at me. The first guy taking orders was very short with people and almost seemed annoyed that he had to listen to what you wanted to eat. The woman putting on toppings also seemed annoyed and was simply plopping the toppings on there. My girlfriend hadn't been to a Qdoba before so asked a question and the woman acted like that was out of place. I did enjoy my food, so 2 stars for that, but my god, you're in the service industry, smile and be friendly. read more

One of those was doing a stellar job of standing at the register with her arms crossed staring at the floor. The manager, was making burritos. The third, stood in front of me for what seemed like forever since I'm starving, scooping beans in and out of a bowl and babbling something about portion testing. Since it's located right off 64, coming here for lunch on a work day is a no brainer. The only reason I opt not to is how much food you get. Mind you, this is not at all a bad thing, but it would have to sit in my car while I finish my work day. I can usually only finish half a vegetarian burrito. Their loyalty program is awesome. At 1000 points, you get a free entree. One entree counts as 100 points and even if you're not paying for the entree, you can give the cashier your loyalty card for the points if you come with friends (I've done this on numerous occasions). Their selection is far superior to that of Chipotle AND for those of you who are vegetarian, you can actually eat their pinto beans. Little known fact, Chipotle's pinto beans are infused with bacon fat. Blech. One last note: if you're military, your drink is free! Pretty awesome incentives. read more

Love Qdoba, but this location needs some attention when it comes to cleanliness and customer service. The dining area was a mess with many empty and dirty tables. The service line was also a mess with food all over the surfaces. Employees behind the counter did not seem to be concerned with any of the mess or the ingredients that were missing, like both varieties of rice. I think that's an important ingredient to keep on standby during the lunch hour? When I got to the register, they asked if I was dining in or taking to go. I mentioned all the tables looked dirty. My food was bagged, I was handed a receipt and told to have a nice day. At least they got that part right. Listen, I know it's never going to be spotless and it's a high traffic area but you still have to try. Nobody wants their meal prepared on a messy assembly line only to sit and eat it while staring at dirty tables. Based on the number of other reviews that mention similar issue it would appear this is not a priority for this store owner or GM. That's unfortunate and I really hope they're able to provide these employees the training and motivation they need to present this store in a more professional manner. read more

The girls making our bowls acted like they didn't care, kept forgetting what they were doing, and barely spoke loud enough for me to hear when I asked what she said she did repeat it but with a serious attitude. They were running low on the meats and just made our portions really small instead of asking if we would like to wait or perhaps haa different kind. The guy who was cooking the food kept giving the girls who worked up front an attitude when they were asking for more of the meats. This is one of my husband's most favoritest restaurants ever! It's not mexican food at all, so as long as you don't think you're going for mexican it's good. I like most things on the menu, my favorite is the craft 2 nachos and naked burrito. Whatever you get, you must get queso sauce! They have a nice range of salsa, plus cheese, sour cream and guac. The service is very friendly at this certain Qdoba. Even though it is a chain it gives you the quality of food as a local place. It is fast food but still manages to give you a quality of ingredients. I ordered a steak burrito that was HUGE and was of the utmost highest quality of burritos I have ever had. However you should not come into this place expecting authentic Mexican food. It is more of an American mexican place. This is an enthusiastic and well-deserved shout out to the Store Manager and staff at Shiloh, IL (Green Mount Road) from Thursday, May 27, 2021. When I arrived at the restaurant, there was a short line, but it immediately became obvious the staff had their act together in that they filled the orders quickly and accurately and the line moved along. But when I went to pay for my order, there appeared to be a computer/register glitch. The cashier soon solicited assistance from behind the scenes and another individual showed up. By the way the 2nd individual took control of the situation and began to trouble shoot the computer/register malfunction, I have to assume she was the restaurant manager. The situation appeared to be something that was either not easy or not quick to remedy, so she changed to "Plan B" - hand-writing customer orders and manually determining the purchase amount. All this time additional customers arrived at the restaurant and the line continued to grow. What most caught my attention is that the staff continued to apologize to the customers for the wait, and asked for their patience. It was obvious we (the customers) actually mattered to the staff and they had empathy for us. We were more than an income revenue source - we mattered. That is so lacking today, pandemic aside, and it was heart-warming to see it unfold at this restaurant. And I can't help but believe the staff acted that way due to the leadership and example set by the manager, so I am convinced she really works with her staff and trains and motivates them. Also, after recognizing that I am a retired veteran, the manager warmly expressed her gratitude for my service and more than adequately showed her appreciation for that, as well as compensating me for the wait. I will definitely be back to this Qdoba and hopefully the same staff will be on duty then. They absolutely earned top marks during this situation and should be recognized and rewarded as such! Qdoba is a franchise so there's not much to say except that this specific location is one of the best in the Metro East area. The staff are nice and friendly, the kitchen counters look clean and the ingredients are fresh. Of course, if you're not familiar with Qdoba I would say that their stand out product is the queso which is eaten best with the burrito. Their queso is good stuff and gives them an upper hand in comparison to Chipotle (which I also love). Definitely will be coming back again and again. read more
