If I could leave a negative star I would. They don't wash their hands. I've had plenty of hair in my orders. I'm bald. Even have friends who came and one once had a roach in his protein bowl. Chipotle better count it's days! Qdoba is better in every way...food safety, quality, value and taste. I tried Qdoba on a whim because it was near my location and it didn't disappoint one bit. In fact I thought it was a fluke so I went a total of three times in 2 weeks and each time was amazing! You know Chipotle is in trouble when the CEO comes out and drops a lame all cap video about their small portion sizes. Qdoba is now my go-to spot for fast casual Mexican grub! read more

My meal - I chose the bowl - it has brown rice, black beans, bell peppers, spicy queso, mild mango salsa, chicken, guacamole, shredded cheese and sour cream. Everything blended lovely They have a Coke fountain drink machine that has several flavors. The staff was super nice and the restaurant was very clean. read more

I'm sorry but the good is not good enough for me to walk in and receive poor service from management. Paty, could not even be bothered to lift her head up from the register to acknowledge me. When she began ringing me up, without still making eye contact, she asked me what I'd ordered. I said hello, how are you? She said fine and asked me my order again. I told her and asked was she okay? Seriously showing concern because maybe it had been a long day. She said she was fine and quoted a price. Then I asked if she could smile and she flashed her teeth for literally one second. We work at Williston and we love getting lunch at Qdoba, but today is our last day, because the lady are very rude and no patience.....

Food is always good but the staff is always terrible. Hair is always down, chewing gum and I heard one of the workers (who handles food) openly admit that they were sick. read more

If you get the three cheese nachos you can ask for the chips on the side, you can ask for both pinto and black beans. There cilantro lime rice is good. If you get a burrito you can get their fajita mix on the side, which is bomb. The employees were fast and efficient. This is definitely my favorite Mexican restaurant up here! read more

Today was my last day getting takeout from qdoba in Williston. I can say that the quality of food there is good as well as the store cleanliness. Where there is a serious lack in quality is in the service. After months of daily appearances I have never been greeted once. They throw things in my bowl like I'm a hassle with no care whatsoever. And almost the entire staff look as if they are having the worst day of their life and have no interest in serving me food. They will dump toppings into my bowl and just look up at me expressionless waiting for me to tell them what's next. this is very off putting. read more

Came here for lunch with my mom so she could try it out. We got the keto bowls which on the menu were 10$ they gave us a small bowl (which we assumed was the one in the picture). I got mine with steak she got the brisket our meat was completely cold. I asked for sour cream on mine which an employee rudely replied "I guess" At check out it was 15.99 (with a large drink) we realized we weren't given what we asked for. My mom went to fill up her glass with the ice tea and it looks like there were worms in her cup. She told an employee he came and filled a cup with the tea and inspected it then told her it was probably just tea leaves (craziest looking tea leaves ive ever seen) the food was dissapointing and so was the customer service definitely would not return. read more

My job fed us catered food from here and OMG! I fell in love with their taco bowls...white rice, black beans, chicken, queso, tomatoes, and sour cream. I can eat their chips all day, they were so fresh and crispy. When I can, I stop by for lunch and the taste is consistent, delicious. Great customer service as well. read more

The staff seemed easily confused when asked questions : it was my first time here so I had a few questions and they seemed like they had no idea what I was asking . The food tasted a bit stale .. Fast polite service and good burrito

Reminds me of chipotle. Different but similar. I love the food and it's as close to Mexican your going to get around here. I love the bowls and the chicken is really tasty. Decent atmosphere and friendly workers. My favorite when I'm picking something up. Have to try this place!! read more

Just got home from a eat-in dinner. The food was good, the service was adequate but the place was an absolute mess. There was not a clean table to sit down and eat on. I asked the guy at the cash register for a towel so I could clean off a table - there were plenty of empty tables. He said he would do it in "just a minute". That didn't happen. I finally took a handful of napkins to the rest room and got them wet and came back to their dining room and wiped off a table so my husband and I could sit down and eat. It was 7:45 PM, the place didn't have many customers and the staff were too busy re-stocking to take care of the dining room tables or any clean up in that area. Trash cans were overflowing, there was food and trash on the floor and all the tables were filthy. Only 4 tables had people at them. Too bad the health department wasn't there. I won't be back and I won't recommend this place to anyone I know. Whoever owns this place needs to monitor it much better, maybe hire some people with some customer service skills, because these kids don't have any. read more

Great place to grab some food in Williston. The staff is friendly, and quick with order taking and processing. Qdoba is a great break from the McDonalds, Hardees, Buffalo Wild Wings and Gas Station Take Out binge that a percentage of the local population partakes in. Wish Williston had more restaurants like this one. read more

The food was terrible-not even like real Mexican food. They should go to Texas and learn from the pros.
