It's really well spiced, has plenty of tasty onions and peppers in it. You don't even _need_ the white sauce and hot sauce, but who are we kidding - it makes everything better. If you know only of Halal Guys' chicken, give this a shot -- it's totally, 100% different. Lamb tends to be on the salty side and they get it packaged, they just grill it up. By comparison, you can see them prepping everything for the chicken fresh right at the stall. It has been bad _exactly_ once -- not sure what happened there, my faith was shaken, then it was restored. Plunk just 5 bucks down for chicken over rice, extra white sauce, regular hot sauce -- it can make your day immensely better.
