1 Star I've stopped…read moreat a lot of Love's locations over the years as a professional driver, and this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had. After fueling, I pulled my truck away from the fuel island and into the staging area so I could run inside and grab a drink. There were no trucks waiting behind me, several pumps were open, and I was not blocking anyone from fueling. While I was already inside the store, my truck was called out over the PA system and I was told to move it. What made the situation ridiculous was that another driver was still parked at Pump 17, inside buying food and socializing, yet apparently that wasn't a problem. Nobody called his truck over the intercom. When I addressed the issue, a tall female employee wearing an earpiece spoke to me in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of treating a paying customer with basic respect, she chose to yell and act confrontational. If there was a concern, it could have been handled professionally. Instead, it felt like I was being singled out for no reason. The problem isn't that I was asked to move my truck. The problem is the blatant double standard and the disrespectful way I was treated. Professional drivers spend a lot of money at Love's and help keep these locations in business. The least we should expect is to be treated with courtesy and consistency. Management needs to take a hard look at how customers are being treated at this location. Based on this experience, I'll think twice before stopping at Store #687 again.

Worst gas station in the whole town of Jacksonville. There's constantly this older white haired…read morelady working and she is just absolutely terrible at, well, the part of her job that includes not being hateful yo customers. Every time I've been in there she's there and rude as can be. The other day I went the (for the last time) and parked at a pump to get gas. Well, I had a dollar that I put in the slot machines they have available in the back. Mind you, no signs are posted anywhere that state you can't park at a pump (I obviously wouldn't have if I was going to be there more than 5 minutes or even if they were busy). Less than two minutes later she storms back there and demands that I move my car immediately. I say okay and she walks off. I get ready to just cash out and go and THE OTHER EMPLOYEE does the same thing! Ten seconds later! They were NOT busy and no one was waiting for said gas pump. Needless to say I did not get my gas there and will not be returning to that location or any Circle K for that matter until she is no longer employed with them. You shouldn't be able to treat customers however you please especially when you work for a large corporation like this.

Their snacks, merchandise, and fast food restaurants built into the location are typically on point. This location was the first Love's visit of our trip. Clean bathrooms as usual, which is why I gravitate towards Love's for long road trips. Using the phone app, we got 10 cents off each gallon of gas we bought here, so that was also a plus. Employees were awesome as usual and everything was as to be expected at a travel center.

(Supposed to open @ 8)had 3 people standing,staring as I tried the locked door No response or acknowledgement ,signal.Next,to Morton chain.Again,sign indicated 8 am open.Minutes fter 8.Guy standing w/ back to door,reading paper,door locked.Said screw it.Looked up reviews,hit Dugan's on E.Morton.Got me in out quickly,treated me as if they wanted return customer,reasonable fee.And,the money I inadvertantly left in console was all there afterwards.If Jacksonville businesses want us to shop locally,they do like Dugan.Don't treat us like bothersomr interruptions.Good service,reasonably priced,polite.
