The body repair guy pointed out the significant body repair to ALL 4 sides of it. The auto mechanic pointed out the structural damage. It can not be aligned. They both said a "clean Carfax" doesn't mean anything. People can pay cash for repairs and if it's not reported, it never makes it to the Carfax report. I called Carfax and they said the same thing, too bad so sad. I read the other negative reviews about this dealership, and also the replies to every complaint from the dealership, dismissing the negative reviews. I presume this review will be objected to in similar fashion. This dealership is the classic used car lot that people distrust, and for a very good reason. Consider yourself warned. They said 90% of their business is internet sales. If they'll lie straight to our faces, you'd better believe they'll lie over the internet.

Plus, their list price was extremely reasonable. I took the car to my mechanic and he only found a couple very minor issues. Girard Auto took care of them ASAP and I am the happy owner of the car. Everyone I talked with was very friendly and helpful, especially Andrew. He went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied. They have a LOT of beautiful cars on the lot. The lack of transparency and communication from the service department was entirely unacceptable. I received 1 call-back with the initial diagnosis and no communication for the duration of the repair; which took more than 4 weeks. They promised delivery on 6/17 but that didn't happen. Then they promised delivery on 6/24. That didn't happen either. Then they promised delivery on 6/29....surprise, surprise, that didn't happen either. I would highly suggest that you not bring your Mopar here for service repairs.

They looked at my car and had a tech out to quickly diagnose it. They jumped in and fit my car in for repair right away.
