The service guy was very friendly and business like. He found a small nail on the tire's sidewall. Most places would just sell you a new tire but he offered to see if he could repair the tire. He did repair the leak and save me $$$$. Took only an hour to repair, rotate and balance the tires. Very professional service. The waiting room is clean and inviting with no nasty smell or trash stacked around. Good place to go for tire repair and tire prices.

Instead of giving us a tow they wanted to check on tires from Walmart first. We just need a tow out of the ditch! Worry about tires later. They finally called us back and said they could not tow us until the next morning. Really?? We learned the next day the company has a Jacksonville number but is based out of Springfield. So, don't be fooled with "24 hour" Towing. Don't advertise what you aren't willing to do!
