All the flavors went well together; mashed potatoes were well seasoned the sausage had a good flavor, and the salad with the vinaigrette added a crunch in an extra flavor as well. I drank a French hard cider while I gobbled up my meal, which also was new for me and tasted great after I was done my meal. Luke brought me a shot with rum and some other ingredients, including lemon that definitely hit the spot after a good meal.I recommend Brasserie Belanger for anyone near GDN Train Station that enjoys great food and patio dining. And we have eaten at some great places. I would put it in my top 10 but I've travel a little more and been privileged to eat at some amazing places so it's hard to rank. Nevertheless it's up there. Lucky for me, I was able to locate Madame est Servie in the little village center of Roissy, about a 10 min Uber ride from my hotel. The vibe is funky casual. They have a small but good wine list with great value. I had a glass of Rose Champagne and a Bordeaux for under $25 Euros. The same at a 2-3 star in Paris would be about $60.
