They also have no idea what they're doing, so expect long calls, repeating yourself many times, and perhaps a couple additional callbacks to ensure your issue has actually been dealt with. I was also charged an extra month at a RAISED PRICE on the way out after being told as long as I cancelled by X date I would be fine. They also took months to process my ACP benefits application whereas Spectrum (my only alternative here) had this ready to go in maybe a day. Anyone wanting to cash in on this benefit beware.
