Quenton and Steve have always been great about setting appointments with my super random schedule! I hired Quentin to detail my daughter's Toyota Camry. He quoted $250 with a possinle increase if $20 if there was excessive pet hair. He called saying he was going to be 30 minutes late. He did a solid job, but could not get out all the stains in the upholstery (mostly coffee stains). He did charge $20 extra (not for pet hair, but for it being dirtier than he expected. Tried to up-sell headlight service for $60 (passed on that). Overall good job. Not sure if I will use again. read more

I'm going to preface this review with the fact that I have been personally detailing my own cars for almost 17 years. The whole experience wasn't great, and the feeling got worse after they left. After thinking about, I was on the receiving end of the classic bait and switch. That's why I decided to post the review. I called up Quentin and he quoted me $70 for a wash, clay bar, and wax. Then he asked me what kind of cars they were and he said "oh that will be $80 since they are so large." Actually, both cars are regular sedan size. It is my belief that he raised the quote because they are "luxury" cars. We had the appointment for 3 pm. Quentin arrives with his brother and they inspect the cars. He says "wow they haven't been washed in a while." Yes, that's why I called you; because I'm too lazy today to do it myself. Then when I repeat the quote he gave me over the phone, he says that the $80 only covers the wash and wax. He says the clay bar will be $25 more. When I protest, his brother jumps in to say that it is a really great price anyway even without the clay. Then Quentin says that these cars don't really even need clay bar. Ok, if that's the case, you should lower the price since you're removing one of the services. Bait and switch. Quote one price over the phone and then switch price/service when it comes time for the job. Because I don't want to spend $160, I agree to a wash for one car and a wash/wax for another. In hindsight, I should have just sent them on their way. Hindsight is 20/20, right? While they are working I periodically come outside to see how things are going. They're actually nice guys. But not nice enough to not bait and switch you. After they leave, I evaluate their work. It's decent, but I do a better job. In the future, I think I'll stick to detailing it on my own, even when I'm feeling lazy. It will take me longer, but it'll be better and I'll save cash. read more

The bike was held in a commercial parking lot and they even pushed the bike to a place they could wash it when the bike didn't start. "It's going to be an extra cost..." First off, let me start off by saying this guy is a huge headache. Avoid him at all costs. We agreed on a set price for him to detail my VW Vanagon and he indicated the entire vehicle would be detailed and looking good and spotless by the end of the day. Long story short, the car looked the same when I saw the end result, if not worse! Wax Marks from the horrible buff job he did were left on the car, dirty areas around the entire vehicle and even an original sticker from the vehicle went missing. According to him, "the wind blew it off." Nothing was cleaned throughly. Dirty vents, water marks, dirt stains everywhere. When I asked him about all of this and the poor job he performed on my vehicle, he said, "All that is an extra cost." Avoid this guy or it will seriously cost you extra... read more

I hate getting car-washes because I always stress about where to take it. I am never fully satisfied by most places in my area. The one that i do love is in Koreatown, LA and I can't drive all the way there just to get a carwash all the time. My car is also lowered so many places do not take my car or do take it but give me a basic hand wash. So i came on yelp to search for a mobile detailer around me and found this place to be the most affordable pricing. The two brothers came to my house promptly and quickly got to work. Took about 45 minutes for a car-wash and they did a impeccable clean job. My car was very very dirty as it hasn't been washed or cleaned inside and out for about 2 months. :x i know... I got the normal wash, only 20$ for my honda insight, and they were still more detailed than any car wash I've gotten at a big business and they come right to your house! My office recently moved to Brea from Orange, in our old building we had a service that was housed in our structure that would do car washes, but with the move we do not have that luxury anymore. I hate having to track down a place to wash my truck because I always feel like the minute they see me drive up little dollar signs roll up in their eyes. We were going away for the weekend and my husband wanted the car to be clean, so he charged me with finding a car wash to get the truck done before we left. I found a place close to my office, but the Yelp reviews were mixed and I just hate the thought of spending an hour or so at the car wash waiting for them to clean the car. I found Q's and thought it was worth a call, what are the chances that someone will be available on such short notice. I left a message, not really expecting a call back. Quenton promptly returned the call and was able to get to my office roughly about an hour after we spoke, which was impressive. He provided details on the phone as to what a "wash" entailed and gave me pricing, so there were no surprises when he got there. I opted for the wash and wax, his price was extremely fair. I have paid more for the same service in the past and was not nearly as happy with the result. I was tired of going to the corner car wash and leaving disappointed. That they came to me made it extremely easy and convenient. Quentin and his brother did an outstanding job. From the first phone call until they left, the service was professional, friendly, and detailed. They arrived on time like they said they would, told me how long it would take and cost to do two cars before coming, and finished on time. They cleaned everything up where they did the work as if they weren't even there. Both cars looked great. They took their time and covered every part of the cars, inside and out, and the engine. They charged $99 for a car, Elantra, and $149 for a sports car, Corvette. They said they charge $20 to do a full wash including cleaning and wiping down the inside of the car and $25 for a sports car. This guy came to detail my car at my home in Anaheim Hills a couple of years ago. At the time I was very ill and had been for several months. I thought I had gotten everything out of the car but apparently I hadnt. It seems that he was upset that the car was dirtier than he expected. But rather than just tell me he needed to charge me more, he proceeded to do the following: He threw anything that was in the car ie stuck under the seats, in my driveway and on the bushes near the car. He didnt set it in a pile, he just grabbed it and threw it out of the car on the ground. After he was done, instead of come to the door and hand me the keys, which also had my house key on it, he left the keys sitting on the front gate where anyone could have picked them up and walked into the house. Even worse, he left without even telling me where he left my keys, so it took me about 20 minutes to find them. At that time I had been unable to work for five months and depended on friends for help even to cook as i was so weak. My front yard was full of weeds because i was too ill to maintain the yard. It was pretty much the worst time of my life and this horrible man made it worse. I guess he looked at the car and yard and thought he could treat me like that. At the time I was too ill to confront this issue, but now Im fully recovered. This person is one of the meanest people I have ever encountered. I will never forget how horrible he was, and how he treated me and my belongings. He also did a horrible job on the car. I cannot express enough how hard it is to be severely ill and have someone treat you that way. read more

Watch OUT!. I am shocked at the other reviews as our experience was soo bad. So we asked this guy to detail our MDX and focus on the interior. He quoted $200 to $250 for the work. He works on the interior for about an hour. The exterior was only washed and he put dressing on the tires. That was it! No waxing no, no clay, no buffing and afterwards he asked for the full amount of $250.00. What a joke! When it was mentioned to him that he did not did not detail the exterior he said he would lower to $200 bucks. That was it for only an hour of work (8a.m. to 9:15a.m. I will give him the other 15 minutes)? Good Detailers will take 3 to 7 hours depending on the color of your car, size and condition. They will also tell you upfront if it will cost more to do so. When I told him that this was not acceptable he said he would not leave until paid. I hired Q'a based on the positive reviews on yelp. MISTAKE!! I should have listened to the negative ones, especially the ones where he shows up does a job and then request a higher price than quoted. I called gave him the makes and models is the 3 vehicles he would be washing he priced me @ $25 ea when he finished he charged me $120. I questioned him about the extra charge and he said it was because they were large vehicles. I said I told you exactly what you were washing on the phone before you quoted me. Then he made another excuse. Meanwhile his partner Steve kept flapping his lip till I told him to finally get off my property. After arguing with Q for 15 min. The cool thing is they can wash your car while you are at work...but that's all I'll pay for next time - just a regular wash. My fiance is a car guy and I thought he'd like a gift of having his BMW detailed. I paid for the highest detail service Q offered at that time - an upsale from the quoted price over the phone. When I brought the car home to my fiance his response was not what I was expecting -first he pointed out the swirl marks put in the paint from the job, then he showed me all the spots/areas missed. First - let me start by saying we have 5 year old triplets... and a minivan. The van hasn't had any significant attention since we brought the kids home from the hospital... probably goes without saying... but it was an absolute wreck. Five years of spills, dirty feet, cheerios, yogurt... you name it, it's been spilled on the seats or carpet. I called Quenton about 8:30 this morning and he had time in the afternoon to do a full detail. He was here at 12:30 sharp - exactly as promised. Quinten and his brother looked at the van and agreed -- it really needed attention and would be a lot of work. These guys are pros. They have everything they need and the knowledge and work ethic to use it. They jumped right in. It was a long job - they spent over 2 hours on the interior alone, but I couldn't be happier. I've already recommended them to both my brother and father and won't hesitate to use them again... Q and Steve did a fantastic job with my Infiniti G35. The Brembo breaks shines like its brand new! The Clay Bar was worth every penny. My car is now smooth like a baby's butt! Not only did they do a great job, they asked if they could come earlier which worked out perfectly for me. A bad stained on the carpet was cleaned "FREE OF CHARGE". I even got a deal with the headlight restoration. However it wasn't as clear as I thought it would be, in fact it kind of look the same to me.
