For some reason, my car locked itself with my keys and phone inside while I was drying the outside. Melissa was incredibly kind and let me use her own phone to call a locksmith. She even made sure everything was confirmed and later helped me cancel when, fortunately, Eddie, another employee, came to the rescue. Eddie had the right tool and was able to open my car without causing any damage, so I could get my keys and be on my way. The whole situation was resolved in less than 20 minutes! Wow! Been a while since my last update, especially since I've had the monthly membership for years and visit 4-5 times a month. Sadly, it hasn't been without its quirks. My main problem recently has been that when my credit card expired, I updated it online, but it didn't take. But when I pulled up to get my car wash, it said the card on file didn't work! So I gave them a different card, and everything worked fine. Until next month, it asked me AGAIN for another card! Then, the machine wouldn't take it, so the attendant had to help me. Eventually it went through, but what a pain, as I'm holding up all the cars behind me. I've also had time to check out their other locations when I'm nearby. I wish this one would switch the towels to help dry the car, and the blowers just don't do the job. Sometimes I just want a quick wash and don't have time to stop at the vacuums. I do appreciate how they replace the signage and lights in the car wash when they get faded or the decals peel off. And when I think about it, there's been maybe once when a vacuum didn't work, so they get credit for taking care of their equipment. The car wash itself is still worth the monthly membership if you drive on Tustin Ave a lot, especially if they aren't busy and you just need to get some surface dust off your car. You will have to dry your windows, or probably rewash them at home if you don't dry them right away, but that's minor, and honestly, something that's kind of common with all car washes. read more

Signed up for monthly car wash, paid for 2 months then cancelled ( I have email confirmation of this) and now every month(last 9 months) I have to contact my credit card & dispute these charges! I've called them. The credit card company reverses my charge and files dispute with car wash. What a waste of my time & my credit card companies time. The wash was so intense, it ripped off a plastic piece from my roof and I had to have someone snap it back in place for me. This came after a week of me spending $300 to get my car detailed! My car was spotless before this! Now my hood and front bumper of my grey car looks like it has white sprinkles!!! Horrible experience for my first time I've been to a few self service car washes and I can say this is my least favorite and I will not be going back horrible customer service. I got the basic wash which is just soap and water for my first time there because I didn't want to spend a lot after my Wash) was over. I noticed there was still a lot of dirt buildup and spots that weren't cleaned from the wash like many other car wash places they will give you another or unlimited re-washes just to ensure that your car gets every spot cleaned except for this one I went back around to ask for another car wash and they said no it's only for the expensive ones and I asked if I could pay the difference since I already paid for the basic Wash) and they said no they didn't even try to give me anything help me out at all or even give me a towel. They just said you can exit I didn't wanna argue so I just accepted it. Love coming here for a cheap/quick car wash! You have the option of different car wash packages (priced accordingly). Once you pay for your wash, you enter a line for the car wash. There is an attendant there to tell you when to go and when to put the car in neutral for the duration of the wash. At the end, there is a drier that does dry the car a little bit. From there, it tells you to put your car in drive and leave. There is an area outside with many stalls for you to vacuum your vehicle. After the wash, I use this time to vacuum the inside of my car and wipe down/dry my vehicle. Make sure you bring some microfiber towels as your car will still be pretty wet. This place definitely beats the $30+ car wash by my house. I love how easy, affordable, and fast it is. This is my go to car wash! read more

Scratches, markings that need to be buffed out and clear coat damage. etc I'm DONE!!! No more. I canceled membership. Spoke to manager and his replay was. We can have less pressure on bushes. Tire shine that never works. You pay for the tire shine and get nothing at this location. Where is the management here????? Why pay extra. I have a membership for the wash that includes the tire shine and it never works. Sad location. If you want the best car wash you're not going to get tire shine. Nice and quick. It can look deceptive with the long lines but they go really quick. There are always very pleasant people to assist you in choosing the type of wash you would like and to be sure to guide your car or truck onto the belt. After the wash there are stations to vacuum your car and even add air to your tires if you would like. It's very clean and decent prices. read more
