It was very neatly organized and I loved all the colors. They are following all the Covid precautions and all the staff were wearing masks and very friendly and helpful. The currently have a promotion with the Funko Pop toys and have them on sale for 4 for $34. My husband and I bought 2 for 10 dollars each and one on sale in the clearance section. They have a wide variety of board games, LEGO's, beanie babies and more. I could spend forever in there if I could. I look forward to visiting again soon when I need some more games!

The stickers were peeling off around the edges. If anyone has played with a Rubik's cube before, once this happens, it is difficult for the toy to maintain integrity throughout. We went back and asked if we could exchange it for a good (non-defective) item, only to be told that they don't accept any sort of return or exchanges on opened items. The "manager" was the one who made the decision even though he had just sold me the item moments earlier. Maybe it's your store policy, and you're standing your ground but this is completely unacceptable. No one should be able to disavow themselves of product defect liability when they are profiting on it. Boil it down how you want, it's just a horrible experience for anyone - especially a child to go through. If you are thinking about getting something here for yourself or your family, I would strongly encourage you to simply - stay away.

My kids picked a bunch of overpriced things out and when I went to purchase them the old woman was so rude. Did not greet me, pointed at the credit card machine over and over in an overly obnoxious way and didn't thank me for my business. And mind you, I spent over $100 on random stuff we don't NEED. That does not make me want to go back. There are far better Sanrio stores and stores that sell Sanrio products out there. I'd rather support people who treat us nice than be treated like we are unwanted.
