A…read morefather, probably in his 30s or so, caused a huge commotion over a dispute about three sets of collectible cards, maybe Pokémon or as I call them Toy Cards for children. I know this because he was shouting it through the rooftops where everybody can hear him.. His behavior was completely unacceptable for the public and towards the employees!! He was shouting and using horrible vulgar language, making it impossible for anyone in the store to ignore him. It was heartbreaking to see his young son, who looked like an elementary student, caught in the middle of this embarrassing display. The poor kid was clearly mortified by his father's actions. I know I would if I was in that kids shoes. Let me take a moment to give a shout-out to JOSH and MATEO. I only knew their names because the man was yelling and demanding their names to be publicly spoken while he was screaming at them. They truly handled the situation with incredible professionalism. They tried everything to calm this guy down, even while he was filming them and demanding their names. Honestly, management owes these two an apology for the garbage they have to deal with from customers like that. It looks like he even left a review yesterday as well maybe under the name Dj R because he put their images in his post and that's pretty much what they were wearing yesterday which shows you that this person lacks credibility not only in his posting but with his public spectacle. But I am not sure, it sure looks like him based on the toy cards. If I were you, I would never trust this man's postings or reviews based upon what I saw for a simple toy cards for an immature father. If you see this person coming around, I'd stay far away from him as he's probably a danger to himself, possibly others near him and we pray not to his child. Good Job to Josh and Mateo!! I have placed a total of 4- maybe 5- online orders. And EVERY SINGLE TIME- after almost a day of waiting in some cases- I've had to call the store to find out why my order isn't ready for pick up. And EVERY SINGLE TIME I get the same reason of "we were busy" or "the order got overlooked". I have been to the location and whenever I go there's maybe a handful of people in there. Employees talking or working on store displays. So, you are telling me employees don't have 5 minutes of time to pull online orders in a small store that is open 8+ hours? This last order was the one that is making me write this review. I placed an order Sunday morning around 9:00am- BEFORE THE STORE OPENED- for 2 items that were last ones left. Low and behold just like every other time, no pickup notification all day. Called them this morning on 03/23 around 10:00am (after 24 hours of waiting again), the guy takes my information and tells me he can only find 1 of the 2 items, I specifically mentioned to him at that point, "that's because my order wasn't fulfilled on time like always". He then mentions that he will have it sent over right away from their other location so I can pick them up. His words: "I will text you about your order shortly". 5 Minutes later I get an email saying my order has been cancelled. I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE. NO MORE. The other card shops around my area are operated by older grumpier people try to buy your cards at…read more50-60% comps but sell to you at 90-95%, they get annoyed when asking question about grading or how it works or their thoughts on which cards should be graded or not. Mike on the other hand was very friendly answered all my questions about grading cards with either PSA or Beckett and gave me sound advice in which cards I should grade and which cards I should hold off on, and he said he will double check the cards before he submits them. I sold him some cards, but when he found out I was using those cards to pay for the grading he gave me a little extra. I also brought my son he bought a few cards from his collection and very kind and friendly and answered all his questions. They had a little bit everything from sports to tcg, so come to Cards & Coffee if your neighborhood card shop mistreats you.

It was very neatly organized and I loved all the colors. They are following all the Covid precautions and all the staff were wearing masks and very friendly and helpful. The currently have a promotion with the Funko Pop toys and have them on sale for 4 for $34. My husband and I bought 2 for 10 dollars each and one on sale in the clearance section. They have a wide variety of board games, LEGO's, beanie babies and more. I could spend forever in there if I could. I look forward to visiting again soon when I need some more games!

The stickers were peeling off around the edges. If anyone has played with a Rubik's cube before, once this happens, it is difficult for the toy to maintain integrity throughout. We went back and asked if we could exchange it for a good (non-defective) item, only to be told that they don't accept any sort of return or exchanges on opened items. The "manager" was the one who made the decision even though he had just sold me the item moments earlier. Maybe it's your store policy, and you're standing your ground but this is completely unacceptable. No one should be able to disavow themselves of product defect liability when they are profiting on it. Boil it down how you want, it's just a horrible experience for anyone - especially a child to go through. If you are thinking about getting something here for yourself or your family, I would strongly encourage you to simply - stay away.
