I needed to print off documents from my phone and email. I went somewhere else prior to FedEx Office and wasn't given any helpful advice when I had trouble doing this, so I left. Here a very nice young lady greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and said she was available if I had any questions. I explained my problem and she knew exactly what I needed to do and at the lowest cost. I successfully printed my documents and was out the door in 5 minutes. Thank you! Great place to go if you want to be yelled at and condescended to. The guy that works here is very pleasant if you are white, however, prepare yourself if you are not. He was very nice to the older white gentleman in front of me, however, I got yelled at because he couldn't understand me with my mask on so I pulled it down 1 inch and spoke into the mask and he said that if I pull it down again, I will have to leave. When I tried to pay I told him I have a chip in my card and he yelled at me "just swipe it". Just horrible customer service. Also I emailed the office twice to tell them about the situation and no response. Bad look fedex! read more

Anyone can print, scan or ship, right? What sets this center apart from others is the excellent staff. I would call my self a regular at this business and every employee at this center have been more than capable, friendly, helpful and quick to offer a suggestion or a tip to improve a design or save a dollar or two. read more

This location does great printing and the entire staff is very helpful except one woman who will do almost anything to avoid helping someone in line. I've had multiple experiences where she was there and her co-worker was basically working alone cause she was giving her opinion to someone at a kiosk or doing some other random thing while there were customers in line. This location will lose business if she stays there. read more

So I shipped a 55" Samsung curve premium TV Through fedex from Moline il to Las Vegas When my TV showed up one day late from the day it was supposed to arrive it was broken up all on the top Major Screen damage as if something fell on it as it was being ship in the truck.I've made 2attempts with the claims department and my claim was denied I paid 1400 for myTV And it was shipped in the original Box and packed very well all I ask was for fedex to at least give me half of what I paid for it or hell even give me what I pay to ship it my wife was in tears fedex is a Terrible company to ship Valuable items and if I had read the reviews about them in the past about I would not have even chose them as a shipping company And they will never have my business again And I've made sure I let the thousands of people that I personally know about FedEx So this is my warning to any body do not ship valuable items with FedEx Some reviews I read said they didn't even pay even if you got insurance they will try to put the blame on you as if it was poor packaging. its obvious they do not care about the loss of items that can be Important to families I had to go and buy another TV And I just can't believe that a multi million dollar company Wouldn't care about giving somebody 5 or 600 bucks to replace a item but they clearly destroyed I would just like to personally Thank fedex for the Grief and sorrow to my household way to go million dollar company read more
