On 5/22/2025 Manny and Julian arrived slightly before 8:30 AM. They informed me of their arrival at my residence. Manny and Julian took measurements for the materials, letting me know they would head to the store and return. They came back in about an hour. I am extremely pleased with the porch replacement. They did the work for this without telling me an estimate or anything, and then when an estimate was given to me it was a higher price than originally discussed. I was also told that to replace the shingles would then cost at least $900 more. I felt that they were trying to overcharge me so I received an estimate from a different company, and the other company gave an estimate for under $400.

Provided great estimate summary and documentation. He was patient with us having some starts and stops in making the decision over a six-month period. Then, when we were ready, he brought out the shingle samples to hold up to the house. We pulled the trigger, he put us on the schedule and bang it was done when he said it would be done. They took off old shingles in one day, then shingled it with architecture grade the next day. Then, gutters on day three and we were done. We have a TRANSFERABLE lifetime materials warrenty with 25 years on parts and labor. So guess what? We ain't worried about the roof. Two other companies either never responded or didn't show up for scheduled estimate and wasted my time.
