They did however confirm they saw blood on the floor but just assumed it was from another dog's urine-- WHAT! As a dog owner we all know when there's blood in a dog's urine it is watery, it doesn't actually look like blood! My dog had blood under his eye, an open wound and blood reside in his hair.
