Today which is Thursday, April 24 I show up at 8:45pm to start to good size baskets of laundry. There's a sign on their door that says 9:45 pm is the last load that can be started so I feel good. I bring in my basket and my laundry soap drop that off. Go out get my other basket and come back in. Then the attendant tells me that they're closed. So I had to take out my basket and put it in the car. Then come back and get my other basket and put it in the car. Why they're closed at 8:45pm I don't know. It's really disappointing.

The people aren't overly friendly but if you are nice they are nice too. I've spoken with the manager, Penney, twice and she was helpful both interactions. First time she was covering the counter once when I dropped off my weekly bundle and she corrected my charges (without me asking) which saved me some money. The second time was over the phone to set up an account so I don't have to pay every week when I drop off. She let me pay this with a check next time I was in which saved me from paying a fee for using a bank card. I highly recommend doing this if you have items you dry clean regularly. Our aprons always come back nice and clean and well pressed. The prices are fair and standard. I will also add, no cleaner is perfect. Sometimes clothes get lost or damaged and thats the way it is and is the risk you take using any cleaners.

Then, the rest of my items said they were ready so I went to pick them up. Everything was fine with them but I was missing a fancy long sleeve suit shirt. I had asked the lady and she made some comment about how it would need an extra day. Didn't think much but saw nothing in the app about the shirt, so went in a few days later and they proceeded to tell me the nice white shirt was destroyed by ink. I had never been informed, the Tide app said nothing either, they just removed the item like it didn't exist. Then I said well will I be refunded because I need that shirt. They said they had credited my account already apparently, but I did not want credit. I wanted the money back to go buy the $60+ nice suit shirt from GQ back before it needed to be worn for a graduation in a few weeks. The kid I was talking to was very confused and seemed very young, and an older worker in the back said we will mail a check to your address instead. I said yes please, and have still yet to receive any kind of check after two weeks. They also decided to update my work pants to being cleaned along with hemmed, which I didn't ask for -- only hemmed, and are charging me more for having them cleaned now when they are still not ready after a month. I hate being a stickler. But the fact I received NO notification about destroying one of my items and had to go into the location and ask a bunch of questions and get vague responses is crazy! It's like they were trying to hide it from me by removing it from the app and not saying anything. I also need that check to rebuy the shirt and they don't seem to care.
