My family and I went to the Quail Springs Mall and to the blue zoo over the past week. The blue zoo at $20 in person it's honestly a solid hour to two hours of great fun and animal exposure. My daughter got a hold of Fox and pet a snake. She said fed the stingrays and saw tons of other animals up close. 10 out of 10 for the Blue zoo. We ate lunch in the food court and everything was fairly fresh and the food court was clean. Prices are still pretty fair and it's basically buffet style behind a window. I got Gyro meat and everybody else had Chinese. When noodles were bland but the chicken was good. Gyro meat is always on point. We got to sit in one of the old school card tables and my kids were delighted. It was a good day. read more

They will now try to kick you out of the food court if you're sitting too long after finishing your food or if you're waiting on your food. You have to have food in front of you if you don't want to be kicked out. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

I'm only posting this cause this mall needs a face lift. Took my kids to the mall cause I was looking for another Main event type place nearby. We ended up going to round 1 which I believe took over where the store the gap used to be. It was pretty massive inside. And across the hall was a puppy store that was probably made up last minute. Besides this place having amc which is awesome I'm not sure I'm gonna have a desire to go here again until I'm an old man and become a mall walker hahaha. Too much store turnover here, I'll keep my shopping outside of this place. read more

Quail Springs Mall is a great place to meet all your shopping needs. The majority of major department stores and shops, are located in this mall. It's one stop shopping for just about any of your shopping needs. They have a great food court, and a very large AMC IMAX theater. It's a great place to shop. read more

Usually while in Oklahoma City I visit penn square mall, today I tried something new Quail Springs. Quail springs mall is a breathe of fresh air. Very spacious with many stores to shop and eat at. Social distancing and mask are enforced. It was easy to navigate around, I found me a birthday outfit in no time. Helzberg diamonds has a nice selection of diamonds. I grabbed me some yellow diamond earrings they are extremely beautiful. I accidentally left my car doors unlocked, luckily I came back to all my belongings. I would defined visit again read more

Glad to see the mall busy with shoppers. I prefer malls for the variety of stores that you may not even think about going to if were a stand alone. It's a lot of walking for a senior, which I need! You sometimes have to be alert to keep out of others way. Food court was a little sad. A couple of empty areas and a Sunday so 1 closed for the day. We had the philly steak place and was pretty good. The Lemonade was sooo good! Not much to pick from but plenty of tables to take a break. On the other levels , they do have other snack places, one had a burnt smell as we walked by. Clean mall , still like Penn Square best, not sure how safe any of them are. Shops are good, so start shopping now for Christmas! read more

I do not recommend this place if you have disabilities, invisible or visible. I tried to get into the family/handicable bathroom they have an electric lock on the outside so not anyone can use them that aspect I understand from trying not to let anyone use it. But I shouldn't have to call and explain MY MEDICAL CONDITION to a mall renta "cop" to get into a bathroom meant for people who need extra help or space because of medical conditions to use to make it easier for us to fit in and not feel discriminated against. Why do they turn the AC off on the weekends, which are the busiest days for shoppers. It's unbearable, i was told by security that mall management is off on weekends. This is not an office job, it's a mall, which is still open...on the weekends....where they make the most money. Make that make sense. This mall is already struggling to have good stores stay open, it would be nice if we could shop in decent temperatures and not feel like i'm walking into a smelly swamp sauna. read more

A sweet place for all of your shopping and cinema needs. The food court here is quite outstanding with your raising cane's, Chick Fil-A, two Chinese fast food, Charley's Steakery, Taco Bell, a gyro place, Dairy Queen, and an Italian place. The theater is a nice place to swing by for a quick shopping break. IMAX and 3D is offer here. The theater is spacious and always squeaky clean. I In addition, you have your lovely stores like H&M, Forever 21, Express, JC Penney's, Dillard's, Gap, Finish Line, Von Maur, Pacsun, and many more. I remember when this mall was brand new. It was located in northwest Oklahoma beaming like a shining light in a empty field. Now it is surrounded by everything and I mean everything. The area is a busy hub of residential homes, restaurants, businesses, gas stations, apartments, schools, churches and anything else you can think of. Personally I hate the traffic in this area, but decided to go today to watch a movie. The mall is clean, updated and feels safe. read more

Most malls are pretty equivalent in my book. This mall has a large variety of stores, but I wish there were not so many people trying to sell you things from the booths in the walkways. I like this mall. It looks dated from the outside, but inside it is spacious, updated and clean. While variety of shopping lacks some, it has the typical chain stores, suitable to the area, stores I sometimes browse like Dillards and H&M. The Dillards here is unlike any I've ever seen with almost an entire floor of homegoods and a hauntingly quiet furniture showroom in the back. Furniture is modern, prices are average for this quality, but they sometimes clearance out some nice pieces at low-ish prices. The food court at Quail Springs is great for families. The kiddies love the classic car tables. And the variety of fast food is pretty decent..Chinese, cheese steaks, gyros, chicken strips, and more. Though it very much needs better destination dining..HuHot just doesn't cut it. There is a massive 24 screen AMC movie theater here, but I have yet to visit it. My hubs is begging for time in The Tilt arcade next time, located just off the food court. There is also a play area for young kids, but it's geared toward little kids, maybe around 3 years. Our 6 year old was almost too big for it. We last stopped in on a weekday evening when the crowds are smaller. Though I see a lot of security here, teenage kids can get loud and rambunctious here. They were blasting obscene hip hop from a store called The Fix, while young kids were in the play area just below. Security apparently didn't notice. We tried to call them but had no luck. It went on for multiple songs, then was turned down. Let's hope this isn't happening frequently. Regardless, it's a mall I enjoy. I still need to explore more of it. read more

I've been to this mall a few times and I like it. It's not that big and it gets pretty busy, but it has a pretty good selection of stores considering the size. I like browsing Dillard's & Body Central because they're not on the west coast, and Dillard's carries one of my favorite brands (Fossil). I like browsing Francesca's too which is spaced out on the west coast, causing me to typically visit them out of town. Cute store, ladies! If you come, you've gotta stop at Great American Cookie Co. and prepare for yummy chewy memories. I stick with old and faithful chocolate chip, but they have other options too. You're welcome. The times I've come were around the holidays, and like most malls, it's packed, but we were still able to find parking pretty easily. Enjoy! read more

For the most part, a mall is a mall. This is a large mall, with three floors. There are many stores and overall it was clean. In fact, I'd say this mall is very clean. The food court is small and definitely could be better. The movie theatre is nice and large. The location is halfway between OKC and Edmond so that is good. read more

Went here with husband and something was very unsettling. I see this adult man standing up on 3rd floor with a headphone in his ear and some kind of black shoulder bag people watching.. ( which I can understand to a point ) BUT!! We then get to other side of mall and there is the same guy doing the same thing people watching.. It was definitely a red flag . We then see another man jump on the escalator quickly behind this young lady as she was on it and looking behind him like he was sketched out. Or checking out the situation.. I pray as I'm writing this that she is safe. It was a very odd situation looking in from outside kinda deal... On a side note the time we were there I didn't see a security guard once not even in the parking lot. I have worked at malls and know they do rounds you usually see at least one... I guess I'm just saying watch your surroundings people !! One star is honestly solely on where is the security at this mall ? ! That might be kind of harsh ‍. read more

This is a decent mall with nearly all the stores I need for the younger kids. I miss not having some of the stores I prefer to frequent. I do like that it has a movie theatre inside so some can go to a movie and some can shop read more

Pretty good mall. They have a good food court and the best theater in the area, AMC. Most of the stores are lower to middle end. They have a few virtual reality places. There is an also an arcade. It's a pretty clean mall. The parking is generally good and it's rarely overly crowded, except around holidays like Christmas or thanksgiving. read more

If you are in the area or live by and want to get some shopping done this place is right for you. They have at least 100 stores a movie theater and a food court. Not to mention the kid friendly atmosphere and not very expensive prices. This is the best mall to go to. read more

I hadn't been to this mall in years, but stopped by prior to the "Where's My Par?" Elite Event at Topgolf. Very glad I did. I found the mall very clean, and even noticed some device charging stations, which is fantastic. I think a little touch like that demonstrates the management is at least making an attempt to think about patrons' needs. I didn't walk the entire mall, but it has your typical anchor stores: Dillard's, Macy's, JC Penney. It has a large movie theater, an AMC 24. It has a nice mix of local stores plus your typical national chains (Express, Foot Locker, etc). I didn't eat, but walked by the food court and was impressed. I would say this is an above average food court for a mall of this size. It has the traditional mall favorites like Chick Fil A and Orange Julius. Additionally, you've got a nice variety of cuisines to choose from: chicken, gyros, philly cheesesteaks, Chinese. Plenty of seating and it was very clean when I was there. Quail Springs is a bit far from my house to warrant making a specific trip, but I would absolutely shop here again if I am in the area. It was a lot better than I remembered. read more

This mall seems to have went down hill. We came here on a Friday evening and things were really bizarre. The mall seemed really empty. The stores were all open and they have a decent variety, not to mention a pretty good food court, but there weren't many people. I've been to Penn square several times on Fridays and it's jam packed. Almost seems like this mall isn't the place to be in Edmond, and only gathers a specific smaller "crowd" now. Also, Dillard's.... What happened to this place, it was like we made a time warp to another place. They have an entire furniture Dept that I never knew existed in the very back of the store. No one was back there though... No employees or shoppers, had a dreary feel. I expect them to be following Macy's soon with a bunch of stores closing. read more

This is a pretty good mall with a good variety of stores. It's pretty big, but not major city (NYC or SF) big. With that said, it's pretty easy to make it from one side of the mall to the next, without feeling too overwhelmed or tired. I'd say they have more stores here that cater to the younger, more urban crowd, as a lot of teenagers make this their hangout (it was once mine). However, I prefer Penn Square mall to this one, as it's much nicer and less crowded. read more

Quail is an a-okay, medium-sized mall that's very easy to navigate. It's also 2.5 miles from my place. Score! Some people don't like the cheesy food court, but I love it. You don't have to fight for parking and walk through a sea of people like you do at Penn. The only downside is that it doesn't have some of the specialty stores that Penn does. And some stores like Dillard's and Macy's have smaller selections at Quail than at their Penn counterparts. I call this my "personal mall" because it's generally quiet and not overly busy. However they will need to get more traffic soon to survive. Hopefully the addition of Von Maur will breathe some new life to Quail. read more

But overall, this is a great mall, great parking situation, lots of food options in the mall and nearby! BJ's is super close and BJ's is great!!! Quail Springs has improved so much from when I was a kid: There are skylights that let in the sun, the brown and yellow tiling has been replaced by modern colors and patterns, and the stores in general are tidy with helpful sales folk. There's an awesome mega-theater in this mall, surrounded by a decent food court. The mall's great for walking when it's warm outside, like today, when the temperature was a hellish 85 degrees with a billion percent humidity. read more

I've always been a big fan of Penn, bigger and with better stores and restaurants, but Quail has come a long way in the past few years! They have added almost all of my favorite stores and have Von Mar coming in the Fall of 14, which I am super excited for! Lots of not your average stores in this mall. This is the only mall in town with an arcade. It also houses the biggest movie theater of all the malls in the state! For food there's the usual food court plus el Chico and huhot. There are also a ton of others awesome resturaunts and shopping around the area. Less traffic at this mall than some of the other busier malls. read more

This is a pretty large mall. I'm kinda bummed they don't have that many shoe stores for women, but it's okay because they have a bunch of other clothing stores I haven't seen in other malls before. They have the must have pretzel shops and giant cookies. Which is all I really care about. read more

A decent indoor mall in the north okc area. Most of the typical stores are included. The new Von Muir isn't that special. Some of the shops around the mall are better than the actual mall stores itself, but it is large and good for walking around when the weather is bad. read more
