It's not often that I have a great experience at a tag agency, but here, I did. The wait time was short. It felt deep homey inside with a couch to wait on and several seats. It felt more like being a guest at someone's house, than at a tag agency. The lady who helped me was very polite and friendly. She even recommended that I pay with check or cash to save 3%. I left to get a check and when I got back a half hour later, I was pleasantly surprised that she called me back to finish and skip the wait. Used this place a few times for car tags. Not a bad wait most times and they're polite. They lie about their "drivers license equipment being broken". They don't have the ability to do drivers licenses at all so don't visit this location if that's what you need. Go to the village tag agency up the road for that. read more

We came in to find out if the copy of my husband's birth certificate was good for the new Real ID. It's a certified copy, but a hospital copy. The woman went over and above helping us to get a copy from Vital Records with the state. We've tried that a couple of times with no success either. She typed all the information in, helped us with the payment and said we should have it in a few days. Most places would have just told us where we could go. Wish I would have gotten her name but all the employees there were more than gracious. Being from out of town, God definitely sent us to the right place for help!!! read more

It really was nonexistent. Ridiculous. Take your money and business elsewhere. When you move to OKC, visiting a tag agency is one of your to dos. I ended up at this office because it was en route of my errands of the day. The location is easy to find, and there is plenty of parking between the front and back lots. However, to find a close spot because the they will need to inspect your VIN and mileage in person, is tricky. There is no formal line system and no one greets you upon entrance. Still it kind of works- people go by an honor system. Every so often, you'll hear one of the ladies basically yelling out instructions and paperwork that you need. Area is well lit and there are some chairs and a sofa for seating. There is a giant dog that "owns" the place. I don't mind animals but all the chairs are covered in dog hair and even when the place is full, no one tells the dog to move. Seems like they should invest in a dog bed for the animal if it's part of staff.. Staff is pretty quick and seems to know what they're doing. There is a little paper sign that states credit card transactions will incur an extra 3% cost. It irked me that there wasn't full disclosure and that the signage wasn't very big. All in all, they get the job done. There are better offices but there are also worse. I'm just not a fan of the pet hair everywhere. read more

I loved my experience with the Quail Tag Agency! I recently purchased a new SUV and wanted a quote for my tag so I could be prepared for the expense. I first went in on a Wednesday, waited a short moment, hung out with a super cool black & tan dog on the couch, and was helped quickly. I returned the next day and the office was jam packed. Apparently the State was having issues with their tag processing software, affected all tag agencies. As I'd done the day before, I sat and hung out with the cool black & tan dog and just waited. In the span of about 20 minutes I watched 3 people either their temper with staff--they either had not paid attention to all the signs saying the location did not print Drivers Licenses and were upset they'd waited only to be turned away, or they were just being rude jerks because they apparently believed the tag agency staff had some sort of role in the State's system being down. I overheard one phone call with a customer yelling so loud I could hear her through the phone berating the poor tag agency worker, who remained calm and more respectful than I would've been if I'd been treated as she was. I will definitely return to this tag agency. The workers were great, the location is convenient, and they have the coolest dog! read more

This is my favorite tag agency. Robin runs a family business. She knows her stuff and has employees that do also. But be warned there may be a large old dog laying on a couple of chairs. I consider that a feature not a problem. As you walk in notice the customers waiting, then when others come in after you you'll know when it's your turn. Have your paperwork with you. If you are missing a piece they will do their best to get the information needed or explain what you have to do. They'll make a call for you if needed. Robin likes motorcycles, dogs, and movie posters. The place is decorated with all those things. read more

Today was my fourth visit to Quail tag - twice I've tagged cars, once I lost a tag, and just now, I registered to vote. Robin and her staff are awesome, and always very helpful. My last car came from Virginia and the paper work was weird, and she called the dealer to question some taxes and did an amazing job (she really went above and beyond). New to the area I have been to this tag agency a couple of times. There is almost always a line of many people. Nobody knows who is next in line. The people behind the desk all seem to have an attitude. I asked questions about the paperwork and was treated very unprofessional. In fact I must say they were just plain rude. So first things first: I will own that I am forgetful and staying on top of my car registration is not a top list of priories.. I often forget that you know it's an annual thing until the state sends me my renewal notice. Thank you anyways this place is literally my go to- it's central to me, I live in this area and I work near by. So it's the last day of the month when all of the other procrastinators like myself. I decided to go early instead of my lunch break when the rest of the masses would be out. Totally empty. I was helped right away- be prepared for your tag renewal you need your drivers license and current insurance. I suggest bringing your checks (if you have them) or cash. They do accept plastic with a 3% fee- obviously might not be the end of the world. I forgot my checks and paid with card. All that to say I was in and out in 5 min MAX! My coworker couldn't believe i was back already- that's how fast it was. I probably spent more time driving. I have always appreciated how fast and efficient the ladies here are. The space has been renovated in the last couple of years and it turned out quite nice. The owner usually has her dog (or 2) up there and they are incredibly friendly and will come over for pets. I was slightly sad I didn't see them today but it was a quick visit. They no longer do drivers licenses or ids at this location but give you other places that you can go to. They also state that on their website. Overall it's my favorite place, the ladies that work here are friendly and fast and will get you taken care of as quickly as possible. read more

The people are friendly, work with you, and answer any questions you might have. While they can be somewhat slower than other locations they really make up for it with well rounded service. read more

Nice that it is close to my work, but very unprofessional office. I love dogs, but bought it was odd there was a dog walking around and the older woman that appears to own or manage the office had her grandson with her and was paying more attention to him than the customers causing the process to take much longer. This was the most unprofessional place of business I have ever been to. When I walked in there was pet hair covering every chair. There were 4 people behind the desk, 2 of them were not helping anyone , just sitting there and not one of them greeted me or said hello. One of the people was helping an older gentleman and he was having to stand due to an extremely large dog laying across the chairs in front of her counter. She was extremely rude to him and showed absolutely no patience. After he left she started talking to the dog and feeding him part of her food laying on her counter instead of greeting the people waiting in line or calling the next person to her counter. I'm not quite sure how you manage to run a business with absolutely no customer service skills or simple courtesy. read more
