Ive been to, and had a slog of an experience, at several other tag agencies in the area. My mom ended up coming here to renew her DL, and had an excellent experience. She recommended that I go here when I needed to change mine over to a RealID. It was busy, and everyone was working, but someone got me started within 2 minutes of walking through the door. So a coworker told me about this place after I told him I needed to get my out of state license changed to Oklahoma. I was kinda hesitant at first but after reading their website and getting the necessary documentation I made the trip after work. It's super easy to get too, however I was told the least busiest time is the middle of the month during the middle of the day. Only waited barely an hour because the workers there are on top of their A game. Super kind and helpful, the process was a breeze. Drove all the way across town and it was well worth my time. If I could leave negative stars I would!!! I've been there many times after moving to Oklahoma and being in and out of the hospital and they kept telling me they could not use information I have for my car. I was doing my best to get what was needed even though I had fallen behind on some things between moving from state to state within a year. They also LIED to me. Once I called Carmax where my car is from, after I had gotten a copy of the title information and being told they could not use this, I was told by Carmax that they had no right and should not be asking for that information!! I was told I fill out the application, give them ID and they send the info for the title to Carmax who owns the vehicle since I am paying on it. So they technically broke the law on multiple occasions with me by asking for registration information and or title information!!! They were also beyond rude to me as I have health issue and was stressing out and could barely handle it and almost had a medical episode and they clearly did not care DO NOT WASTE TIME THERE read more

After making several trips to this agency, spending hours following the directions given by their owner on what he needed to simply transfer a title, on my FOURTH trip, I still had nothing accomplished. Each time I went to transfer the title, he changed his requirements and made me jump through additional hoops. Finally, I gave up and left his agency - and I will NEVER use them again. I went to an agency down the road and got the title transferred in ten minutes on my first trip. The owner was rude and condescending and seems to think he knows how to read legal documents; however, I seriously doubt he is a lawyer because he is not interpreting the document how it is written, but the way he wants it to read. This agency is closest to my house, and I am thankful its a quality shop! Arrived today for my renewed decal on a special handicap tag. Two people were being served at the counter, but a clerk heard the door open from the back and came to the front to promptly help me. I had called earlier to verify if I could renew my information without having the specific letter from the OTC -- they confirmed a vin would be sufficient, and they weren't lying! :) Ms. Brittany took my insurance card and drivers license, updated my contact info and printed my registration and receipt in 5-7 minutes. First off they're not as friendly as some of these comments say, they may just have people who work there and friends of people who work there to leave those bogus reviews. Second although it's not a large fee to make an appointment for a license they are making money by LYING to people telling them they " can't" proceed in the system and give bs reasons like "license is suspended" I drove to dps and they told me it has NEVER been suspended , then asked where I went when I said this tag agency they said oh we've had several people come with the same issue .. and what do ya know if they can't process it in your 20 min slot then you just have to pay and make ANOTHER appointment.
