The biggest washers were $4.00 a load, and the dryers were $.25 for "about five minutes" (as per the words of the attendant). This seems somewhat expensive, but I did appreciate how helpful the attendant was (yes, I did need help figuring out how to use the washing machine :P ). While I was waiting for the bedding, I watched the attendant (owner?) hand ironing shirts, which I assume were part of the laundry service that this site also offers. The place is a little run-down, but I was impressed by how clean it was (including the tiny bathroom), and by the fact that there were several magazines and other (current) reading materials freely available in racks near the door. There were also a few (ancient) arcade games, and a couple of vending machines if you were desperate. However, since this place was in the same lot as Subway and near Taco Bell and Arby's, I don't think the desperate would turn these machines for their sustenance. Oh, I even asked folks on FaceBook which laundromat I should use, and a few of them suggested this place as well, so my favorable impression probably isn't too far off.

When I talked to the manager they were so unprofessional, and argued that it is cold outside that i must of used all the gas(100 gallons is impossible to use in less than 30 days)I called and tried to change gas providers and it is not possible. The home owner (I'm a renter) would have to pay thousands to get the heat from the city!! It is in the dead of winter so I do what any mother could and ordered more so I can keep my babies warm, and then they still didn't deliver the gas! It is 19° outside!!! I called the night number and the man sounded drunk and asked me why I called there was nothing he could do?excuse me, you just took another $330 from me, where is my gas. The seller Clay was related to the realtor companies Jamie which we later found out they were relatives . 6 months into our home and we've ran in a multiple amount of problems. First day after signing the basement flooded because of the sump pump which was "new" . They "replaced it " but it flooded due to the pit not being installed correctly . Afterwards we attempted to contact the warranty company and it was told we're unable to use our warranty (HMS HOME WARRANTY)due to it being a pre existing problem for the "new heat pump " we had the hvac company who installed the system come and check it out he stated that he explained to the seller the system wouldn't work well but was told to do the work as the equipment (which wasn't new) couldn't be returned. We had to use space heaters for the winter. We were told a " new roof " was installed but we still have leaks in the house during cold weather as no ice shield was installed. The front porch was put on BACKWARDS and recently while upgrading the house we can see daylight from the basement. How was this over looked ? Beats me ! The sealer boarder was cut out and wasn't replaced; leaving a big hole into the basement . You can only imagine the chipmunk nest and other rodents . Elite termite pest control we also attempted to contact Them multiple times no answer. Sent paper to the address it came back . We drove to the address it was a house a place of residence. Just a half ass job all around . Very disappointed in the quality of work , lack of honesty , and transparency! I do not recommend this company or any other companies listed . NOT THOROUGH
